Description of Work: the techicians cleaned the dryer vents with no problem. They did find something wrong that I was not aware of. The hose connector from the dryer to the wall had been taped to secure it. They went and got a new one and replaced it. Cleaning the vents doubled the performance of the dryer and will reduce my energy bill. The two technicians were prompt and very courteous and they went right to work. They recomended a service for the future. All in all it was a good experience.

Description of Work: Bought a coupon on Angies list for 75.00 for 150.00 of work. Bryan did an excellent job installing a 3 light fixture on the wall above my sewing machine, he proceeded to give me advice on bulbs etc. He was very friendly and did a very nice job!

Description of Work: Not sure. After 4 hrs here he went over what he would sell 2 new units to us for, and I was told that I had a leak in the attic and he could fix it for $?. That was ok except I had an appt and did not have time for him to do anything with it. His whole attitude changed especially when I felt his prices were way too high. (we had already had a couple estimates). He was rather rude and then tried to appologize when he reallized I was mad. I probably would not deal with this company again.

Description of Work: All electrical outlets in living area failed due to lightening strike. All outlets were replaced.

Description of Work: Signed up for Furnace check-up special for $49. However, once Joshua got into furnace, he discovered that the heat exchanger was completely rusted out. As a safety issue, he disconnected the furnace. Since the furnace needed to be replaced anyway, we decided to replace both furnace and A/C unit since both were original to our home, which was built in 1990. We feel both furnace and A/C have lived a long and useful life, it is time to replace them. Joshua gave me several options of items to be purchased; some at the lower end, but still very effective, to the high end "Cadillac" equipment. Although this is costing us MUCH more than the original $49, I feel it is a very necessary thing. I much prefer to replace both now and not take the chance of our home burning to the ground or having furnace or air conditioner fail at worst weather times. I am very happy with the service and helpfulness that Joshua provided. He answered every question I had with courtesy and good information. I will be using True Tech in the future for all my household repair needs.

Description of Work: When I called for an appointment they set it for only a few days away. The young man that installed my attic fan was prompt and courteous. He saw and informed me of some hazardous wiring done by someone else and fixed it for me. I appreciated that very much. The fan was installed quickly ad efficiently. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if the occasion arises.

Description of Work: I would never use this vendor. I need some electrical done in a house I'm remodeling for sale, and called them to give me an estimate and their hourly rates. They don't actually charge by the hour. They charge a "Service Fee" of $89 to just come out a look at my job. Then they will give me an estimate. None of the other electricians I use use such deceptive practices. They all give me a quote when I call them for competitive bids.

Description of Work: I was a "member" of this company for about two years, during which time, they provided plumbing and HVAC services. I think the individuals who performed the jobs were highly professional, skilled and talented. However, the prices were high and the paperwork required was onerous, both for me and the workers. I found the attitude of the people who answered the phones to be artificially perky. Again, I do not think it was the individual's fault, I just find way in which the company represents itself to be highly irritating. When I needed a new HVAC system, they simply put in one that that was similar to the old, with no consideration for greener options. I don't think this is a bad company, but I have been happier with other companies since I stopped using this one.
