We apologize that our company did not fit the type of company you typically use and how that upset you. We specialize in service work - It's all we do. We do offer a no charge estimate to qualified customers, those that are service plan members or referrals of existing customers. Free estimates are not free to the contractor or the customer. It incurs real cost to run these and that cost rolls over into each job that you get. If you run 4 free estimates and get awarded one job then that job has to cover the cost for the 3 estimates you ran without revenue. We prefer to be honest about the fees for each job, and that they reflect only that job, and not a recovery of other overhead costs not associated with it. We do not charge by the hour, we give an upfront exact price before we begin any work and that price is guaranteed not to change no matter what we run into. Understanding their specific needs requires additional examination of the work to be done, which costs time, and time costs money. We have made a commitment to stay in business and back up our Lifetime Workmanship Promise. Most of our customers prefer the way we price upfront over an hourly fee. In light that we were not able to provide you with service, hence you are not able to actually comment on the quality of our work, we would ask that you please reconsider your rating. Thank you.
