This is actually the third time our home has been re-roofed by Troy Benear's company in the last five years. The first time was due to normal wear and tear- and changing from wood shake shingles to composition. The sencond time and this time were due to repeated devastating hail storms blowing through our city. Lucky us, and all the other people in our neighborhood and many others who had to go through the same thing. The one good thing about all these crazy storms was that it brought a land office amount of business/revenue to our city. Three roofs in 5 years is crazy - but we sure know our roofer, and we appreciate him very much. We knew Troy, trusted him and his crew, and felt very comfortable about hiring him repeatedly. Crews arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves each day, including using large magnet to find most of the nails and screws. Realistically - you need to check yourself for some that will inevitably be left behind; but those were very few. Crew was polite, and respectful of us as the homeowners. Supervisor came by at least twice a day to check on progress, and was always available by cell phone and/or text message and replied promptly. We highly recommend Troy Benear and his crew for all roofing needs.
