Description of Work: I taught hard and long about writing this but I now I just have to. My wife and I are 80 and we used total care a couple of weeks I think three. the girls who came two in the past three weeks did good housework except one we had to teach how to make a bed. The other was so speedy that when two of her three hours were up she wanted to leave, I tough it strange but I let here go paid for the three hours. Well to make a long story short when I got up the next morning and started to get dressed I found all my t shirts and shorts folded neatly in my drawer but there was one problem they were wet We hired the service to do housekeeping, by that clean the whole house once a WEEK, DO LANDURY AND CHANGE THE BED.

Description of Work: Althea cleaned my house (cleaned bathrooms, dusted, vaccuumed cleaned wood floors and some additonal deep cleaning) and did an excellent job! Would definately request her again. Will be calling this service for future appointments.

Description of Work: Deep cleaning of house, for a total of 6 hours. Althea showed up on time and worked diligently for the entire six hours. I've been looking for a regular house cleaning service and have decided to give Total Care a trial run based on my positive experience with this service.

Description of Work: This is a great business opportunity for someone to get it. It is becoming more and more common. The good fair priced companies are hard to find. I think total care house keeping had a good employee cleaning but they really need to hire more people that can do the work before they take on a lot of work. They had to re-schedule an appointment because someone was sick and they did not tell us until that morning when it was past the appointment time. Another suggestion would be to make sure their employees go over when they get to the job what needs to be done and then get it done without conversation with the home owners. Other than that they did a great job and knew what cleaning products to use on certain areas. Thank You

Description of Work: Chy odd an outstanding job. She cleaned bathrooms and dusted every shelf and knick knack that I asked her too. Outstanding job and was well pleased.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for deep housecleaning. They performed this service.

Description of Work: Disappointed. I have a big house but she didn't even make it to the upstaris. Did a good job cleaning my bathroom but then apparently went through the bathroom cupboards, pulled out some candles, etc and 'decorated' the bathroom. I paid extra (at a higher rate) for her to stay an extra two hours but again, she didn't accomplish as much as I might have expected for six hours of 'cleaning' and didn't make it to my upstairs.

Description of Work: The woman vacuumed and dusted the whole house, completely cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen , mopped the floors and tile, dusted the frames of every picture on the walls,and dusted five ceiling fans. She was very efficient and extremely pleasant. I will certainly use them again and have already recommended them to two friends.

Description of Work: First, I need to expound on my "B" rating for Punctuality. The young lady was not familiar with my area and got lost on the way to my home -- things like this happen. The only reason I downgraded this response was due to the fact that I had to contact the company myself 40 minutes after the appointment time in order to be notified of the situation instead of receiving a phone call informing me that she was lost on the way to the house. The young lady performed an excellent job cleaning my home. She seemed to have a genuine interest in providing quality work and took real pride in delivering a spotless home -- even at a discounted rate. It felt like having a family member cleaning the house, which really cared about giving me a clean living environment. I would most definitely recommend Total Care Housekeeping Services for any of your house cleaning needs.
