Description of Work: We visited this store in Oct 2014 looking for new counter tops and were very disappointed with their attitude. The owner asked us how we heard of them and when we said Angies List he started laughing. He started to complain about how much Angie's list sales staff calls him to much bothering him about buying ad's on their site. Then one of his workers was walking out the door at 4:28pm and he gave them grief for leaving 2 minutes early. That was a big turn off, but not as much as when we went to look at the counter top showroom. The light was off and none of his staff or him bothered to get up out of their chair to assist us. One lady said, you can turn the light on yourself, its on the right side. We looked around for a few minutes and then looked back to the main counter and the owner had already gone home for the day. Needless to say, we left with no assistance and will not do business with them. You can google this company and you'll see a few other people have had the same experience.
