I when in to the store on N. wester and discussed what I wanted and they sent out a person to make measurements and again the next week to make Templates. The next week they came and installed the countertops. I was very impressed with the Job they did. they were always responsive and willing to work around my work schedule. I got Vicostone Ice Lake countertops

Beyond excellent. TNL exceeded my expectations for my kitchen countertops and at a rate that was comparable to none. Their workmanship is spectacular and the installation was flawless. TNL did an excellent job and they were very nice to work with. We initially had another granite company but had to make a change last minute. TNL was very accommodating. We got a better deal with TNL.

TNL's crew couldn't have been better--they were fast, efficient, and very meticulous with their work. They came out, measured, made a template, and returned about a week later. Install went better than expected and the end-product is simply beautiful. I'm very thankful they suggested we go with the more expensive 3cm granite as it definitely looks top of the line! Office staff was super friendly every time I spoke with them and were very helpful throughout the process. Top notch contractor!

TNL professional in providing information as to selection of stone, setting up installation, and fulfilling appointment and installation. There was a mishap with the top, but the installer called immediately to let us know of true accident and delay in coming to install the top. The men who came were friendly, polite, and accomplished the installation with efficiency. We are very pleased with their quality and professionalism. we will definitely use them for other projects.

We had an undermount kitchen sink we wanted to replace with a black composite single basin that was slightly larger than the original sink. The granite had to be cut in several different places to make room for the new sink. Overall, it looks great and we are really happy with the services provided. I had heard from others that cutting granite makes a huge mess and that indeed it did...the area was not taped off and so my entire house was covered in a white dust...I now know to request to tape off the area to confine the mess. Again, we are happy with our new sink.

Everybody was really nice. They provided good customer service. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and in the time frame given. Everything turned out really nice.

Arrived on time and had the old laminate counter tops out without a hitch. I already had the backsplash done and was concerned that some tiles would be destroyed, but they did a good job. Put the new quartz tops in and they look fantastic. We had a bit of discussion regarding the caulking, but it was resolved and they did a much better job (actually it was really, really good) than I could have ever done. The range of caulk colors they have is limited, and actually they said they don't usually caulk between the counter top and backsplash is because the back splash is usually not in, but they were gracious enough to caulk for me. They cleaned up the area very well. I have a large area and was concerned about the seams....they are barely noticeable. All in all, I was very pleased with everything they did.

Their installers were excellent and were very polite and professional. Work was virtually flawless with few exceptions. Sara and her other staff members in the office were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall excellent service all around. I have used this company twice and would use again.

I chose TNL based on the reviews I read here in. Angie's List. I wasn't disappointed. I first spoke with Sarah by phone to discuss the project. I'd done some research on quartz countertops and had initially chosen a Silestone pattern, but I wanted to see a sample before finalizing my choice. Once I got up to the shop, Sara gave me the Silestone sample plus a Caesarstone sample and then showed me a newer brand, Vicostone, and gave me that sample as well. I ended up choosing the Vicostone which was the same cost as the Silestone and better looking. The install was scheduled for two weeks out, which was then pushed back 3 days due to my cooktop not arriving on time. It was no problem to reschedule. Prior to install, a template was made (I don't remember his name) - at that time, I was given instructions on what to do to prep for install. The hand out was hard to read. I suggested that those instructions could also be posted on TNL's website for access by customers. Between this time and install, the handout got lost in the fray of other happenings in the house... And it was my failing that I didn't get the cabinets cleaned out... Two days before install, I realized I'd neglected to include a 4and quot; backsplash - I called Sara and she said it'd be no problem to add it to the order and there'd be no delay for the install! The day of install, I was contacted about 45 minutes in advance to let me know they were on their way. Brian and Mike arrived and set to work. They unhooked the plumbing from the sink - which Brian told me I was supposed to have taken care of. I honestly didn't remember if I'd been told that or read that in the instructions - but they got it done and were able to remove the sink with no damage. A good thing because I was not replacing it with a new one (Brian said 70% of the time, some damage is done to cast iron sinks on removal). Cudos to them both for being so forgiving of my lack of prep. The demo went quickly; the install was tricky and took longer then expected - but it was a beautiful job and I am ecstatic about my new countertops. From first contact to farewell, the process was virtually pain free. The crew was prompt, professional and affable. Thank you, TNL, for a beautiful job!

I visited this wonderful business because I was looking for the perfect backslash for my kitchen. Even though I did not use TNL to install anything, they listened to what I was looking for and guided me to the right resources as to the tiles I was looking for. These people are awesome.

Sarah and everyone at TNL treated me as if I were doing an entire house not just one bathroom vanity.Sarah answered every one of my calls and questions. They were on time when they measured the job and on time when they did the installation.Cleaned up and were quiet and courtious.This commpany knows how to make the process go smoothly.

The installation went very smoothly. Mike came to make the templates and was right on time. A few days later Brian and Josh arrived to tear out the old backsplash and install the counter tops. We were prepared for lots of dust, but these guys were fabulous. Minimum dust from the tearout and installation and they cleaned up after completion. The next day Casey and his crew from Lay the Way Remodeling were supposed to do the backsplash. However the special order tile was running late. Casey sent one of his guys to the truck terminal to wait for the tile. I couldn't believe that a contractor would do that for a customer. The tile finally arrived and the installer arrived after 2:00 PM. Casey authorized the installer to work overtime at no additional cost to me in order keep the project on schedule. The next morning the backsplash was completed and Casey went over it with a and quot;fine tooth comband quot; to make sure we were satisfied with his work. I spent around $1300 on that work. We were very pleased with the. The cleanup was very good.

I wanted a walkin shower that I don't want to ever have a problem with water leaking out of the floor or walls. I did quite a bit of research before I decided on the solid surface flooring and walls. I had been talking to Jetta who first sold the shower floor system. By the time I decided that was how I was going, they sold that part of their business to TNL. It took a bit of effort to get pricing and their guy to come out to my home to do the preliminary measurements, but I was happy with the results and glad that I was patient enough to wait. I have not yet finished with the home so that I can test it out, but they did a nice job on the floor and it looks like I should have no problems at all with this shower floor. When they came out the first time to install the new floor, the guys pooring the mold got the meaurements wrong, so they had to pour a new floor and schedule a second delivery date. The guys that did the work and Sarah who worked the price estimate were super nice, so the experience was very pleasant. They were the first contractors I have dealt with in a long time that didn't irritate me in some way with their personality or lack of professionallism. They also had a genuine desire to do a good job and they did.
