I have used Tipton s multiple times, never had a bad experience!

Verry knowledgeable technician fast and quality work.

The initial completion of the job seemed acceptable. Less than 60 days later, the water leak reappeared on a Sunday, but was much worse. Attempted to contact the business Sunday morning and was told that it would cost $149 just to show up and that they would not come out until Monday. Received a call back from the business on Sunday evening. We informed him that we would be using another company for the repair and his responses were unprofessional and rude. Do not use this company if you can avoid it.

Great response time and great customer service! A bit pricey for the little time it took them to solve my plumbing problem, but they were professional and great to work with.

Paid $1300 for a $500-600 water heater. Can installation be $700-800?

They were late for the initial appointment; they were very courteous and discounted my service call. Reason for being late was previous client they were working turned into some major issue and they did not want to leave them without working plumbing...this shows care and concern for people and their clients! My repair went fabulously even with the surprise of drainage clog, will definitely refer and use Tiptons again!

Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable and did great work, fast. Only took one hour to replace a spigot. Parts $75, Normal average cost per hour $150. Deducted the $65 service fee. Should have costed $225. They charged $486. That s just bad business.

I contacted Mr Tipton with what I thought was a simple request: I need an itemized quote for a list of plumbing repairs found by our home inspector. He said he could do that. It took him 2 days to get to the property, 2 days (with my prodding) to get me a cell phone picture of a hand scrawled invoice with no pricing, and even though he promised to have the priced out quote to me this morning, he is now ignoring my calls and emails. Our option period on the house we are buying is almost over, and Mr. Tipton inability to do something as simple as meet his own deadlines or provide prices may have cost us thousands of dollars. We trusted him because he was a Home Advisor recommended contractor, and because we are buying a home from out of state, so we had little choice. Mr Tipton may be a good plumber, but he runs his business as if its still the 1990s and is incapable of anything on the business side except the simplest transaction. I cannot recommend him.
