they were on the job quick, done it quick

charged $431 after telling me it would probably come in around $280. If they had encountered unusual circumstances, I could understand the increase, but that was not the case.

On time, courteous, answered all questions, fast install. Great job!

Half a $1000 just to fix a faucet leak??? Are you kidding me??? OK, so the parts came to $50, and they put an O-ring on the tub drain stop. That means they still charged me $190 PER HOUR and a full 2 hours just to do a quick fix on a leaky faucet. They wait until everything is tore apart and then: WHAM!-- hit you with that enormous charge. Absolutely unreal! How are others able to rate them so high??? I am handicapped with very limited mobility, deaf, and elderly to boot. JACKPOT!!! They found me and took it to the bank! No discounts for Seniors, No discounts for handicapped, no discounts for the deaf! Pay up buddy and grab your Vaseline while you are at it. Would I recommend their service to anyone else?? HELL NO! Not at these prices. Granted the repairman was very nice, but that don't justify $190 / hr. just to repair a faucet leak. I cannot recommend this service to anyone if they are bilked with these high charges. Now if they refund me $200 I can say the charges were reasonably fair. That would mean my bill was $236 and they still got $186 per hour labor. Still too high but I'd deal with it. They are the most expensive plumbing outfit I have ever encountered. The work was good, things work fine. That's the good part. People, if you aren't handicapped and have mobility, research how to fix your plumbing problems online before hiring. If you are handicapped, can't use a phone because you are deaf, and are elderly to boot; you have my deepest sympathies when it comes to trying to find a truly HONEST plumbing company.

Zeke was our Man! The company is military friendly. They arrived when they scheduled my appointment. I didn't have to take a full day off of work. Also Zeke explained things clearly so I understood the issue and how to prevent it happening again. Definitely will be recommending them!!!

Very quick response and courteous. Estimate was a little high for the non-emergency work that needed to be done, but they were thorough and explained the worked done. They gave a military discount so that was helpful. I would recommend them.
