The repairman was professional and did a good job. He advised me that there was some kind of a problem about 20feet down the line because his snake was stuck and he couldn't pull it back out. He also said if the pipes would have to be worked on it would probably cost 3500.+ dollars. He said to let the company know our decision. The owner of the company, Zach, called me this afternoon to see what I had decided. I told him I couldn't afford to have 3500. dollars of work done now, they should come and get the snake out of the drain. At this point in the conversation he started yelling at me and telling me to go to the devil and should pray to God for a better attitude. He also said he would take me to court if I refused to pay the bill plus the cost of his snake. I told him I was going to call BBB on him, then he started yelling again about me being the devil. I will not ever do business with this company again and will not recommend them to anyone.

They were very quick in setting up an appointment, on time and very professional. Work was done and nothing left behind to clean up. I was very satisfied and will certainly use them in the future.

Very fast response, did not immediately try to upsell a replacement water heater, just fixed a minor issue and I was back in business... Very happy with the service!

On 2/17/2020, our hot water heater died, leaking water all over our garage and down the street. Immediately we called Tipton's Plumbing because of the repeated outstanding service they have provided us in the past. Tiptonâ s Plumbing responded immediately to my service request; diverted a service technician to our residence, and provided us with maintenance-related instructions over the phone to render the hot water heater to a safe condition and minimize the water leakage. The technician also promptly provided us with an estimate of the time to complete the required work, the cost of the repair, a six-year warranty on the equipment, and one-year warranty on the workmanship. After receiving such outstanding service, we offered to tip Zack and his assistant, but he refused and instead suggested that we share our outstanding customer experience with other potential customers, which is this reason for the exemplary review. Our only regret as homeowners is that we did not discover Tiptonâ s plumbing earlier.

Company was out promptly, fixed the leak, and did not charge too much. I will definitely be using them again.

All great, just expensive!

Late last night our toilets begin gurgling and sewage backed up in one of our showers. We called Tiptons and they promised to have someone at our home between seven and nine.Luis Arrived promptly and he is an amazing technician! He fixed our clogs within an hour and now everything is fine. Very grateful for this prompt and expert service!

Price was higher than expected, but I am happy with the work.

They were prompt and the workmanship was very good, but the price seemed very high.

Tiptons s had someone at my home within 40 minutes of talking with them on the phone. Both guys were very curious and professional. They had the leaking water heater replaced in about an hour.

Very prompt, very professional, explained everything even took photos of broken vent pipe. Closed attic stairs and turned off lights. They were here Christmas eve, in and out within an hour. Most definitely our new plumbing service company.

Hired to fix a leak in the plumbing between the house and the meter. In the process they broke the sprinkler line, and now want to charge me an additional $350, to fix the sprinler line they broke.
