This survey asked if the service professional showed up on time. The option I wanted use was not one of my choices. He showed up early which is not often seen these days. He was fast, courteous and he explained what happened and what he did to fix the problem. He was a great example of professionalism.

Called Tiptons last minute,they came same day and we're in and out in no time. Very friendly serviceman.

Lewis looked for a possible gas leak in fireplace but did not have a gas sniffing detector.

He arrived on time and was very professional. I'm just not sure how I feel about how the job turned out. I had an outdoor faucet knob and pipe replaced. I was given two quotes; 1) if the pipe didn't break and 2) if the pipe did break. I knew immediately the pipe would break and I would have to pay the higher cost and, of course, that's what happened. He then had to cut into the sheetrock wall in my office to get to the pipe, so now that's something else I'm going to have to repair which is more $$. Outside, the pipe sticks out about 3" from the side of my house instead of being flush because he said that was the only size pipe he had with him on the truck. And I have a hole in my brick around the faucet that I'm going to have to fill myself with some sort of mortar because he didn't have any with him. The faucet works, but the job looks unprofessional and unfinished. AND it was expensive. Almost $450 and he was there about 1 1/2 hours.

When they quoted me a price I thought I needed two faucets fixed but it turned out only one needed to be replaced the other one was fine and the price that I was charged was higher than the quote for two. I will never use home advisor again !!

Pretty expensive but very good. suggest making a deal ahead of time. $150. per hour is pretty high especially for a 2 hour job. They are extremely nice and prompt. Very knowledgeable and good. Better to pay more and get it fixed. Zack is charming and Lewis is so professional.

By the time my appointment was made and the work complete, it was only 1 1/2hrs. Zeke is professional, friendly, and does a great job with quality service

The first time I called Tipton's Plumbing the guy I talked to told me my repair would cost $45. I thought it was an excellent deal and hired them to come out and replace a fitting at the end of a piece of 1/2" pvc. Once the plumber got there he quoted me $455 for the repair. I called Tipton's and complained of the descrepency and the same guy went on a tangent about how he's a Christian and not a Muslim and he wouldn't lie to me, even though he had. It was $45 just to get them to show up. I ended up paying $386 for the repair because it had to be done. The plumber that did the work did a great job, but the guy that answered the phone (presumably the owner) needs to work on his customer service skills in regard to being upfront about the price and not turning a complaint into a religious argument.

Unbelievable customer service. They sent someone out the same day. I needed a new hot water tank. They quickly, efficiently, and professionally replaced the new tank. They cleaned up. My garage was much cleaner when they left than when they arrived. The owner, Zach, could not have been more personable. Zeke, the plumber who came out, was informative, friendly and his attention to detail blew me away. When he replaced the tank and brought everything up to code, he placed all levers and everything I would need to access within my reach and easy to see. My old unit was a mess, and so unsafe. I had no idea! The difference is unbelievable. It almost looks like you could perform surgery in there, it is so clean. Tipton's is my new plumbing company, for sure. What was a messy, unpleasant experience turned into something quite pleasant, indeed. I have to say, in my experience, it's rare to have anybody do anything these days they don't have to do. I know that because I cannot do one thing myself. I'm challenged when it comes to repairing or "fixing" anything, unfortunately. I had a leather rocker/recliner delivered to my house during the time they were working. While they were waiting for something to drain out of my old tank, Zeke not only brought it into my house, he put it together for me. Neither of which I would have been able to do myself. It was only two pieces, but it meant so much to me. My son thanks you and I especially thank you! He had one less thing to do on his "to do" list. Thanks, Tipton's, for the great experience. I have a home warranty policy, and Tipton's was less expensive than the amount I would have had to pay WITH my home warranty company. The choice was easy.

They were extremely responsive and fixed the problem, but did not offer solutions for the residual water in the ducts and left without explaining much. However,in all fairness, I wasn't very available to spend time with them either, so that may have been the issue.

Very easy going professionals. They were flexible to accommodate my schedule.

On time and very honest. First thing they did was to check to see if parts were under warrantee. Not something all bussiness would do. Kept me updated on order status several times.
