Fixed the actual problem. I thought I had a leaking wax seal. He investigated and found a cracked toilette. Replaced with new one and did a great job.

Prompt Service, Knowledgeable and Great Job. Seemed a little expensive for what was done but great job.

Lewis arrived between the time promised. He came in evaluated the issue. Recommended a course of action. We negotiated the price and came to an agreement. Lewis started the work, tested several times to make sure work was complete. I was pleased with the efficiency and professionalism Lewis provided. I payed by check. Lewis provide an invoice and was on his way. Entire process from arrival to departure lasted thirty minutes.

Came within an hour, ordered tank replacement and we had hot water the next day!!

Tipton’s is over the top expensive to unclog a drain! $287 for 30 minutes work! I will not use them again!

They were quick to respond. A little bit expensive in my opinion from past experiences, but did a great job on my project.

Initially fixed the leak. Charged almost $500, but it started leaking again. Called after hours, and got a rude, inappropriate response. Tech came the next day, said it would cost another $750 to fix. We told him to leave. Will never use again.

Wanted to charge us $580 to repair one leaky outdoor faucet! What a rip off. We had to pay the $45 service fee to get ripped off. No thanks.

the project was a-one they showed up early and completed quickly. did a walkthrough and the repairman ZEKE explained every thing. I am so happy with the final project.

They called in advance, were on time, and completed the job in a timely manner.

Very prompt & courteous, and from start to finish had a new hot water heater in couple of hours. Definitely would do business with Tipton again as well as recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Great service, same day service, within a few hours, and professional. Very expensive compared to other quotes for the same job, service fee alone was high, but overall great work. If in need of emergency service same day then I could recommend, but otherwise, can find a lower price for plumbing service.

Like other Pros they are expensive , it took longer to get the ladder off the truck than to unclog the drain , I didn't save on the cost ;(
