Five stars on all accounts. I was able to make a same day appointment for a non-emergency service. Serviceman was friendly, on time, and explained his process throughout. Invoice is explained before the service is performed. Overall great experience!

Tipton’s serviceman showed up promptly and provided an estimate. They returned to do the job quickly and efficiently. The charge was exactly as estimated. They were very polite, courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend them.

A little high on the price but the service, quality and how the tech cleaned and was organized was worth the price!!

I was thrown that I was charged a service fee for an estimate. But they agreed to waive it if I committed to them doing the work. I didn’t want to just blow $45 fee, so I hired them. But they were the highest of the bid I received for the work performed. The technician Zeke was terrific. A little pricey, but I was a big fan of the customer service.

Very punctual and price competitive. Friendly. Cleaned up afterward. Pleased.

Tipton's came on time. Made sure the work was done properly. and didn't leave a mess!

Zeke was very polite and very capable in coming up with a satisfactory solution to my faucet problem. I will use Tipton’s again for my plumbing needs.

They did a really good job discovering and cleaning out the roots in my sewer line. The only con was it seemed a little pricey

Did a decent job but was rather high in cost. But I seldom have to call a plumber so I may be delusional about pricing , this may be "normal" pricing !

Prompt and friendly, yes... but essentially doubled the price of what was needed. Will not use again.

Great workmanship and customer service. Price may have been a little high, but Tipton’s was available on a Friday evening and showed up on time (actually a few minutes) on Saturday morning (we rescheduled the appointment).
