Zeke came within 20 minutes. Assessed the problem and provided a detailed estimate with two possible scenarios as to how the problem would play out depending on what he found once he cut into the walls. Of course it was the more expensive problem but he was in and out of the house within 2 hours. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very courteous. Will call him again.
