Pretty expensive, but the job seems to have been done well.

I made an appointment 11-19-18 then called to verify if they had received it - spoke with Zac - he stated they would call me in the am before heading my way - 11-20-18 Zac called me to let me know the name of the the employee (Zeke) and what time he would be there. Zeke was on time and very polite - I now have a new, bigger hot water tank. Thank You Gentlemen so much for coming out so quickly and helping me out - I will be using you again in the future.

They were very prompt. Luis was awesome. Good quality of work just a little expensive.

It's hard to find reliable plumbers. This company does it right and comes when they are scheduled.

They did a great job. It was not cheap though!

I had the outside faucets overhauled (2) and it cost me $289 for 20 minutes work. That was expensive in my book and it's only guaranteed for 30 day! I won't use them again but I was told it was $45 just to come out, so you do the math. I told the person that's expensive doing the work that's high for just some O rings to be put in. I hope the work lasts years as before but like I stated only a 30 day guarantee.No I will not use them again. .

I am an elderly person and they took advantage of that and they over charged and they were very rude and they showed up late

They came out fixed the shower problem, but had to come back the next day to fix it again because they got a bad part. All in all great job done and stand by their work.

Home Advisor only gave us a choice of this business. So we didn't get another business choice. Tipton's Plumbing was very nice and Zeke fixed the clog without any problems. He and his partner were very professional. We are very happy but we thought $300.00 was a little high and that was with a senior discount. They were up front with the price. We didn't have time to shop around so we had them do it. We would recommend them.

Technician was polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem promptly.

The tech repaired three exterior old faucets. He was on time, very business-like yet personable; worked quickly and had the job done much faster than I had anticipated. He was very careful to check with us before shutting off the water each time it was required. I can't address costs but it seemed reasonable. Highly recommended.

They are service friendly. Did a good job
