Their estimate was $700 to account for additional work in getting the pipes fixed to address the rocking problem. They ended up needing to do less work than anticipated, so they lowered the final bill (yay!) They showed up on time, called to confirm the appointment and were very professional.

The job went very smoothly. The workers arrived on time. They had to hand dig the ditch because you can't get equipment into the backyard. They worked continually until it was finished. Because of the difficulty of the job and the time it took, I thought the price was excellent.

Mr. Lee returned my call quickly, but was unable to make an appointment, because they had more work than they could handle and I asked that they call back within the week. Unfortunately, they didn't call back within the week, and I had to call them, but when I did Mr. Lee was apologetic and offered to make time on a Saturday to come out, which I thought was more than fair. He said he'd arrive between 8 & 8:30, and he was at my home by 8:05. He was very professional the entire time and very patient with my less than tidy home. He explained to me what he thought would be the best strategy, let me know when the material he was using might smell, and how long it would last, and asked if I minded using plastic pipe in an exposed area. I did mind, so he found a different way to complete the job with the chrome pipes he had. The job was completed in well under 1 hour. He was very professional & never asked me where my husband was! Overall, I'd highly recommend this company.
