I stopped at Swank Floors to shope for tile after reading reviews on Angie's List. On my first visit, the female owner was very polite and helpful and offered to send tile samples home with me but the specific tile we discussed was already loaned out. She thought it would be returned on Monday. I stopped by again Tuesday afternoon and the tile had not been returned but she told me they had my name and phone number and I would get a call that week to come out and measure and bring the sample then. I called a few days later and was told they had my name and number. I NEVER received a call from them.

I am very happy with their services. I chose them because the owner was an acquaintance. I wish I had this flooring in my whole house. For home use there is a life time guarantee on it. They use it in commercial places a lot. I shopped around quite a bit and I had them do the flooring first before I had them do the carpet. They custom matched the edging where the flooring met the tile. I had them do 2 projects for me. They did a great job.

Mark was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We had many questions before we settled on slate, and he was very patient to answer all our questions. We decided to do the demo portion ourselves to save money and Mark actually lent us his own tools to do the job. This saved us a great deal of money and was so very generous since he didn't even know us. His installers did a fabulous job and were very professional the entire time. Mark came out the day after the installers were done to make sure everything went as it should. There were no problems during this entire process which I was very pleasantly surprised. I would recommend Swank Floors to anyone considering wood/tile/stone floors!

They were absolutely phenomenal. His name is Mark Swank. Our upstairs shower broke and came though the ceiling and we had to replace an entire shower, rip it back to the walls and flooring and the whole thing. He came under by a grande with two other bidders. He himself made the phone calls and coordinated with the guys that were installing the shower. He got the timing and the flow going and worked with the guys replacing the marble and did a fabulous job. He said it would take a day and it did. They arrived at 8.30, took a lunch break and were done by 4.30 in the afternoon. The other companies could not touch the price of $613 and it was a great price and also saved on our insurance. We have a better working floor with 6 people in and out and we got we desired. His workers also showed up and did what they were supposed to do.
