They gave us an estimate on installing a vinyl fence and we asked to see a sample of the material before going further. That's the last we heard from them. We tried to contact them, but got no response. So we went with another company.

We sent him on his way and did not use his services.

It pretty well for the most part. The Fence really looks great. They were able to get to house to replace our fence in about 5 weeks (which is very good with all the construction and rebuilding happening in the area). Only real issue I had was that I think they are taking on too many customers for the amount of people they have working for them. They were supposed to come out 3 different times between taking out the posts and actually replacing the fence but kept getting delayed. The only way I knew they were not coming was that I had to call them to see what time they would be there, and that was when I was told they would be there the following day. A little heads up always helps when not making a scheduled appointment, but with all the work around the area they are performing, it was somewhat understandable. All in all, I am happy with the fence that we received.

Slow response time and I had to call for estimate after they had visited. Was emailed estimate with no commentary. Work was completed after several phone calls and no information was given regarding operation. Their collection person did call 2 months after completion and asked where payment was and I then informed them I had never received final invoice. They emailed me an invoice with no commentary what so ever. We never received a single thank you and for $18k am I expecting too much? They also bent the rod iron to fit their scheme. After we had problems with key pad, they taped the battery into place and said that should fix it. Finally replaced keypad and informed me they would not be liable for control box warranty since it had gotten wet. But wait, this was a new house and no one had ever said anything about making sure where sprinklers were placed. If you want to spend a lot of money and feel that no one cares then use them. Many people have used them as I have seen the signs, but we will never use them again.

Called for an estimate. They showed up. I explained what I wanted . They measured and left. Never heard back from them. Update: got email estimate 2 weeks after they came and measured. I found someone else.

We worked with Superior fence for over a month while waiting for a storm shelter to be installed. During that month we changed our mind on what we wanted in fencing each time they came back out and measured our yard again. On install day the crew they sent worked very quickly and was very professional. We love our new fence and proud to recommend Superior to anyone looking for a fence install.
