+ -1 moreSuper Inspector does the most thorough inspections around! The report was well-organized, easy to understand, and had great pictures with explanations. My inspector was patient, knowledgeable and fabulous with explaining everything. He helped us to understand what the more major issues were, and what was minor. Super Inspector also has great concierge services, helping connect us to needed services/ vendors (like homeowners insurance, utilities, pest control, movers, cleaners, repairs…), and could provide repair cost estimates for all the items listed on the report. My realtor was able to use these in negotiating to get $$$ off of our closing costs - Yay! Love Super Inspector and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
