In my 40 years of housekeeping he was by far the best cleaner I have had. Very personable and I was impressed with one rug that had an odor. He said he would clean it but because it was a wool rug they tend to be that way so he saved me the trouble and the money which made sense.

They did what I want them to do. I have no complaint.

They did a very good job. They were very professional. They went beyond on what they had to do. They did excellent on everything, I would recommend them too.

They were the first company to call me and were polite and completely professional. They are scheduled to do the work next week.

So after waiting a week for a return to reclean the rug they failed to clean properly the first time they showed up an only cleaned the back side of the rug. Honestly I was afraid of this when I was put off for a week and told they couldn’t send a different crew because they didn’t have another crew. He made every excuse in the world why he didn’t need to do anything more like clean the entire rug again! He kept talking about the previous review I left. He was very rude and even called me sir no doubt to try an insult me. I had to ask him 3 times to leave my home. He was very upset by my previous review and made it very clear. They owner then called me to defend him and the poor workmanship. Of course his tech failed to tell him they only cleaned the back side of the rug and had no intention of cleaning the rest of the rug, I did not ask him to leave until he said he wasn’t cleaning the rug face again, it was as clean as it was going to get. I am giving them a D because the receptionist did schedule them for a second visit such as it was and she was personable and did show some concern over the first visit.

They arrived late, tried to vacuum with a machine that the pile wound up in so it did a very poor job. I have pics of what I raked out of the rug. The cleaning process did nothing but wet the rug. 1 talked, 1 stood and 1 worked but didn’t get the job done. I did call the company and they will return to redo in a week, in the mean time the rug is outside....... perhaps ruined. I did explain the type of rug over the phone.

Arrived on time as scheduled. Very professional. They moved and replaced furniture as needed. In and out less than 3hrs.

the experience was stress-free. they couldn't get all the stains out of the carpet, but they worked on them extensively.

Ronne and Jimmy called to let me know they were running a little ahead of schedule and asked if they could come early. When arriving the gentlemen introduced themselves, very polite, friendly and dressed appropriately, explaining the procedure and prices.They did not try to sell me something I did not need.Thank you very much!. I chose to clean large living room,sitting room and clean out the dryer vent. . They both took their time to over look the situation, moving furniture and pretreating carpets.Their professionalism showed off while taking time to vacum, hand wipe down baseboards, brushing carpets and making sure the fringe was straight on the throw rug, so it would dry correct . As for the dryer vent, Jimmy was able to clean it out without a hicup. The carpets turned out beautiful and smell clean, considering we own pets. They also left a free bottle of spot remover for a thank you gift. Thank you gentleman, I will recommend you to friends and family.

The performance met expectations.

I have used Sunbell three times since 2011. The first time they cleaned my son's carpet which had been ruined by soda stains, and they made it look brand new. The second time, I bought a house and hired Sunbell to clean the entire house. They were actually early to the appointment and the carpet was pristine and dry in no time. The third time, I had the carpet cleaned after having potty trained my dog. Ronnie and co. used a special treatment and the smell and stains were gone immediately. Also, he left the remainder of the solution in case I needed to spot clean in the future. I plan on having the carpet cleaned again soon and I will ONLY use Sunbell due to their punctuality, ease of scheduling, professionalism and all around great work.

They did a great job. They were here within an hour. They were very thorough and got the job done in less than hour. They were very professional and helpful with suggestions on carpet treatment and how often to clean it.

Sunbell Carpet Cleaning showed up early and did a great job cleaning the three rooms we needed addressed. they ere very professional, explained their process and got after it. We were impressed with their dry foam technique, since we always previously had the carpets steam cleaned.

Sunbell cleaned grout and tile in three areas bathroom floors, kitchen floor and master bath shower, they were all extremely dirty, nut Denis and Jimmy scrubbed there hearts out and got all areas looking great. Very happy customer, I am already spreading there name around to neighbors.

Cleaned carpets in most of the house and one large dhurrie rug. Used them for many years and have recommended them to others who were satisfied. Haven’t used them for over two years because I began taking care of grandchildren and got a carpet cleaning machine. Which works okay and is great for emergencies...but is heavy and hard work. Sunbell representatives are extremely helpful. Really like that it is not a steam system which always seems to stretch carpets.

Firstly I used a groupon.we had it done last year. They did just fine..the only reason I didn't use them this time was I had a group on with another company which also did a good job

Sunbell Carpets does very good work. I have had them do my parents carpet work also. They charge good prices and are very friendly.
