+ -1 moreWe've been using him for a few years now, and we're really happy with his service. He's very reasonable and we trust him. He installed a new unit for us a two years ago, and we haven't had any problems. He's actually a retired firefighter for our area so we know he's a really great guy
Description of Work: He cleaned up our air conditioner for us and added more freon.

+ -1 moreOur heater stopped working. I called late in the evening, got a prompt call back the next morning. He was at our house by 10:30 that same morning. Replaced the ignition switch very quickly, would recommend him anytime.
Description of Work: Replaced ignition switch on heater.

+ -1 moreI have used Steve Franks Heating & Air Conditioning for about three years, since my central air unit got older. I would recommend Franks to all my friends, and have. They are fair, honest and reasonable, providing quality service at a good price.
Description of Work: I use Steve Franks Heating & Air Conditioning for annual inspections of my central air conditioner. They make sure it is clean and not leaking. This year they had to fill it with 2 pounds of freon.
