He is very nice and quiet spoken, but he was in way over his head. He did not get a permit before doing any work. We took out 2 walls in the kitchen. I did not get the open concept I wanted and now the ceiling is bowing. He quit, and refunded our money for the kitchen work where the ceiling was bowed. I have seen pictures of other work he did, and he is a good carpenter. I don't think he'd ever done anything this massive before. I think he'd turn you down in the future if you needed something he wasn't comfortable doing. Nice guy.

Steve & his brother installed a property fence for us; they hung every picket individually and left no gaps at the bottom, the fence is straight on top and used the materials as stated in the quote. They used metal post, 2x4 runners and +" red cedar pickets. We LOVE our fence it's not only very attractive but well constructed. Two neighbors across the street used these guys and that's how we found them. Their fence can be seen by the street.
