The company originally started as a residential roofing company and expanded to commercial roofing in 2000. Statewide has served the Central States in residential and commercial roofing. Our sales force is local. 50% of them call Cleveland County home. They have been extensively trained to properly identify storm damage, guide you through the insurance claim process and educate you on the many shingles available today. Specializing in insurance claims, we offer free roof inspections to determine the condition of your roof and to help you decide whether you have a legitimate claim with your insurance carrier. Description of Work: new roof and many interior repairs. Very friendly, likeable, and easy to work with. Enjoyed getting to know them, but quality of inside work was disappointing and sloppy in places. I might use them again for roofing, but they would not be my first choice for interior repairs.

Description of Work: A crew of about 24 experienced long time employees of Statewide Roofing Co started to deliver materials about 6 AM to tear off the old roof and replace it with new top-quality Owens-Corning materials. The roof is 12/12 pitch for about 2/3 of the 6,000 sq ft, and 8/12 pitch for the rest. It is a high roof over a 2-story house. They completed the entire job within 12 hours, and did a thorough clean-up afterwards. The crew worked well together, and were pleasant to deal with. This was a Platinum warranty covered by Owens-Corning for 50 years for materials and labor, transferable one time.

Description of Work: Would not give an estimate on roof replacement without agreeing to use them. What's the use of advertising free estimates, it's like agreeing to buy a new car without knowing the price. Very unprofessional.

We have looked through our records and we cannot find information on you or your address where you have requested an estimate from our company. If you happen to know who helped you, please let us know so we can straighten any misunderstanding that may have occurred. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Maybe we were unclear regarding our policies. We provide free inspections and estimates and have never required anyone to sign a contract before we give them the inspection or estimate; however, our estimators do ask for a signature when we have written an estimate. This shows some level of commitment and provides authorization that we are given permission to meet with the adjuster. This signed insurance pending commitment is not a contract, it is only a commitment. We would love to do work for you. We are sorry for any miscommunication. Please let us know if there is anything we can do.
