Spit-Shine! Cleaning

We regret having her at our home because we have found a number of items missing from the home including toys we had purchased for our daughter's birthday recently. She had taken them outside to clean and they are now nowhere to be found. I would not recommend this lady at all unless you want things taken from your home. The amount she charged was outrageous compared to the other cleaning companies we have used. She charged us $285 for what other cleaning companies Picadilly and Jasmine's Cleaning Company have charged us $80 & $125 for. LOOK THIS WOMAN UP ON OSCN.COM AND YOU'LL FIND THAT SHE HAS BEEN ARRESTED PREVIOUSLY FOR BURGLARY. WE MADE THE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING GROUPON FOR A GOOD REFERRAL AND LET THIS THIEF COME INTO OUR HOME. My mother mistakenly thought she was charging only the groupon rate and after I told her what happened, she didn't schedule her. We are reporting this woman and all missing items to the Edmond police because of her refusal to bring the items back. She hasn't responded to any of the texts and we found out she was arrested Nov 18th for burglary. The only person to come into the home was the so called owner of the cleaning company. We should've done a background check on this woman before allowing her into our home. She was never upfront about the price. I purchased the deal from Groupon and that was pretty much it until she gave me the bill.

Stacie arrived on time and seemed very pleasant and willing to get the job done. However it didn't take long to realize that she was not . going to do the job well. She spent a lot of time on the phone and also she said needed to leave for about 20 minutes. She was gone for about an hour. Stacie apparently put a liquid on the bathroom floor and let it dry . She did not vacuum first as asked, just put liquid on to dry. She didn't even pick up a piece of paper on the floor. The bath tub was not dirty when she arrived, but was when she left, apparently due to pouring mop water in the tub and not rinsing it. Stacie failed to dust my husband's night stand and 2 dressers in each of the bedrooms. She did not scrub the shower, just sprayed it. She did not vacuum the wood floors before mopping as requested. She did not vacuum or mop under the dresser, tv stand, or couch. She cleaned one blind poorly and said she would return on Wednesday to finish the job. She billed me to clean all my blinds and ceiling fans. And I paid her - even for what she did not complete. She did not return on Wednesday. I have called twice and she has not returned my calls.

there is no question in my mind its pitch in cleaning should be the number one in all of Oklahoma City these people are absolute joy they're hard working they come out at a moment's notice do the most thorough job I've ever had donethey always go above and beyond what I'm asking them to do if the price never changes its very reasonable and I'm a single mother of three children on a very limited budget, and she was willing to work with me so that I could still get the help I desperately neededI've never heard of a company doing such a thing it was awesome!! This past saturday i called in the morning around 930, they came out that same day and by 5 pm my house looked amazing, i mean she didnt miss one single thing! The last time I had this company come out, I was so embarrassed by the look of my home it was just completely messed up, and I remember how they made me feel so good about it, joked with me and got my home spotless in record time, I was really impressed! I have a 4 bed 2 bath home around 2600 sq ft. I called on Saturday morning hoping they were open on weekends, she also offered to come out that same day. Well, that's exactly what she did, I couldn't believe it. I am so impressed by these people!! The women was amazing! So professional, an absolute joy to be around, she made me laugh and also entertained my toddlers (2 & 3 years old ) of couse i didn't ask her to, but she got them involved in the vacuuming and dusting, it was absolutely adorable and a huge break for me! She told me to just have a seat and relax that she would take care of it!! Wow! how great is that to hear out of a cleaning lady? I was a little skeptical at first but my kids were just having a blast and she was still moving like crazy getting everything done, sparkling clean kitchen, outside the cabinets, refrigerator, the bathrooms inside and out, even picked up garbage out of the front and back of the house! I've never had a cleaning lady that! she told me that they will also help with laundry, dishes, windows, she told me they help organize a room thats all cluttered up, i didnt realize they did all that so i figured maybe people reading this dont realize that either? Pretty much anything you need help with or if you just need a regular cleaning lady.Whatevet, i just think theyre great and they impressed me by coming out the last minute like that fabulous if you're looking for cleaning lady or help organizing some clutter around the house call spit-shine! Seriously, the lady that came out was Stacy, but they're ALL great from what ive seen, oh and my neighbor has also set up an appointment, i was bragging about the cost and how she involved my kids!! They have my recommendation 200%! I won't ever use anybody else this lady was amazing no question! The other companies I've hired act like robots they come in really don't say much yes, they get the job done but I really like the personal touch just Spit Shine has given me and I know they will do the same for my neighbor! Affordable, fast and friendly should be on their ad!

Absolutely wonderful! Very professional, way more than I expected! I was in a huge jam last week and had to have my ho mm e spottless and I had no option but to hire help. On the internet, I called probably 12 cleaning companies and all I kept getting was..."were totally boked", or "we have to come out to give an accurate estimate", 2 places told me they had to charge me for a deep clean first...it was ridiculous! I called "Spit-Shine!" Cleaning and was not only quoted a reasonable price but when I explained the rush I was in and why, she seemed to genuinely care! Which is something I really appreciated! Not more than 10 mins went by and I got a phone call back saying she personally you would be on her way within the hour! She showed up exactly when she said she would, I showed her around the house (which i was rwe agreed it would be probably cheaper for an hourly rate because I wasn't sure exactly what all I needed done and I also wanted her to help with some organization off my office area (which was piled knee high w/ laundry and papers etc). she immediately went to work and I have never seen a girl work so fast! The whole time we were chit chatting and laughing just an overall nice person and very hard worker! I have a three bedroom two bath house with a study (my office ) and the whole thing took a total of probably 4 hours. Should no problem with asking what needed to be organized where to put things, LAUNDRY, dishes, picking things up, you name it ...she was on top of it! I was embarrassed when she first came over because I hadn't had a chance to pick anything up yet she got all that done, before she was able to start her regular cleaning! My whole house has never looked so immaculate! Nor have I ever had a cleaning lady do laundry (I'm sure they might, but the th probably charge). I was definitely impressed on how professional, polite (she never made me embarased about how bad my house was when she first arrived) Plus she was fun to talk to! Stacy and "Spit-Shine!" Definitely get an A++ in my book! I will never hire anyone but them, Specifically stacy. They may have a rather...unique? Name...but do an OUTSTANDING job!
