+ -1 moreAFTER MY PAINTER (Joel Guzman) REFUSED TO DO HIS WARRANTY WORK AND PULLED OFF OF THE JOB. GARY REYNOLDS, REGIONAL SALES MANAGER FOR SPECTRUM PAINT STEPPED IN AND TRIED TO GET HIM TO COME BACK AND FINISH HIS JOB, WHICH HE DID NOT DO. GARY THEN LOOKED UP THE PAINT THAT Joel Guzman USED ON MY GARAGE DOORS. GARY FURNISHED REPLACEMENT PAINT FOR ME AND GAVE ME NAMES OF SOME PAINTERS THAT WOULD DO A GOOD JOB FOR ME. I THINK THAT GARY WENT ABOVE AND BEHOND HIS OBLIGATION IN THIS MATTER. I GIVE GARY FIVE STARS.
Description of Work: GARY REYNOLDS SALES MANAGER FOR SPECTRUN FURNISHED REPLACEMENT PAINT AND EXPERT ADVICE FOR A BAD PAINT JOB THAT I HAD A PAINTER DO ON MY GARAGE DOORS. THE PAINTER WAS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH SPECTRUM PAINT IN ANY WAY. HE ONLY USED THEIR PAINT, BUT MISS APPLIED IT.
