Sparkling Kleaning Services LLC

I had purchased a Living Social Coupon for this company, and called 2 weeks ahead of time to make an appointment for cleaning services. When I had not heard anything from them the week, I got on my Living Social coupon to get the number to call and make sure I was still on the schedule and I saw that my coupon had already been marked by the vendor as used. When I called to confirm, they said that my appointment was never made and when I pushed them on the subject to see if they could correct their mistake or give me my money back, the woman I was talking to hung up on me.

While I realize that an employer can make a bad judgment on the character of her employees, what will decide whether you should take a risk with Sparkling Kleaning Services, is whether Ms. Crowder makes good on the loss. I will keep you posted.

Company refused to contact me by phone to schedule an appointment, but we finally were able to coordinate via email and scheduled cleaning appointment on September 22 at 9am. That was the date and time they offered me, and I accepted it. Nobody showed at 9, so at 945 I tried calling their 800 number. Their website claimed that customer service was open and operational from 9-2 on Saturdays, but nobody answered. I left voicemails. I then tried sending emails to the person I scheduled with. Three emails sent between 10 and 2, and no response. Managed to get someone on the phone Monday morning. I was informed that the cleaners couldn't make it because their car was towed. Rather than get into the minutae of why nobody bothered to tell me, I just asked that they be sent out again as soon as possible. I was offered a date two weeks out. I refused the offer and was given no good reason why they couldn't come sooner. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but Laportia was "in a meeting," of course. In previous attempts to contact this company I left voicemails for Laportia, none of which she responded to. I won't hold my breath for a call back this time either. Will be contacting Living Social for a refund. Deal was too good to be true. Buyer beware!!!

I bought this voucher on Aug 3rd, scheduled cleaning for Aug 11 through their website. Called that morning just to be sure, and lo and behold - they were booked and said I should have received an email. I did not. Then they told me I was scheduled for the 24th at 9am. My husband and daughter were sick that morning, so I called and asked if I could reschedule. They said yes, and scheduled me for today at 9am. It's is now 2:30 and no on has showed up. I called at 9:45 left a message, no response. I called back at 11:15, left a message no response. Called back at 1:45, no response. I have now posted on their Facebook site that no one should use them. Posted on their blog, but it seems like those comments will probably be erased shortly. Conatcted Living Social for a refund, and am now posting here. The sketchy thing is is that today I went in to print my voucher in preparing for my anticipated arrival of cleaners and it has been "Marked used by the merchant on Sept 3" I find this weird and completely unacceptable. I see the same thing has been done to Judith B's voucher as mine. Completely and totally unprofessional to not call back. The comments provided back to Judith B are equally as appalling. I really hope people in Austin and other cities check out the reviews before they buy a voucher or their services. I for one will never ever purchase a "deal" without thoroughly researching the company's reputation online.
