+ -1 moreI have had to call another heat & air company to get the air-conditioning turned on. I also learned that there was supposed to have been an inspector by the city for the work done by Southwest Mechanical and it has not been done. They also told my son to get a new air-conditioner and he learned that he had a faulty thermostat, which has been replaced. I would never use this company again and advise anyone else not to use them.
Description of Work: I had a furnace installed in November, 2008. They disconnected the air conditioning and said they would reconnect it in the spring. They advised getting a new air-conditioning unit as well. When I called them in June, 2009, to turn on the AC, they refused to come out because I had been making payments and hadn't paid for the furnace in full. They are charging me 18% interest but told me they weren't a finance company. But they've been accepting my payments. I've paid $475 and pay every month. I'm also on unemployment benefits but they've never missed a payment. I'm very disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

+ 0 moreSouthwest Mechanical agreed to hold my check until I had enough money in the bank. I've used them before and they are always punctual and polite.
Description of Work: Southwest Mechanical cleaned our air ducts and replaced a part on our air conditioner.

+ -1 moreSouthwest Mechanical was prompt and did a wonderful job. We thought right away once it was installed it was running very loud. This company did not hesitate to come back out and fix it. They were absolutely wonderful to work with.
Description of Work: Southwest Mechanical installed our central air unit in our home.
