They got here on time. They installed the carport in a good amount of time, cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the job done.

Excellent, from the in-person sales pitch, to the follow-up by the salesman (David) and the owner, to the removal of the old and installation of the new windows. Although their prices seemed a little bit pricey, the windows are beautiful and worth the extra cost. The installers were punctual, helpful and very neat in their installation practices. We would definitely work with this company again! Thank you Sooner State!

Sooner State was 1 of 5 companies I "interviewed" to do my siding. Bron Willis (salesman) arrived at my house, we walked around my property, took the measurements, and provided me a quote. I explained what I wanted installed on my house and also made it a point to mention certain things (additional insulation backing, a solid core vinyl siding, door facings), to ensure my comparisons of all 5 companies was ?fair?. His quote included the siding, and guttering, and all that we talked about. Unfortunately, his quote was out of my price range for what I requested. (Hence the grade of a ?C?). Overall, Bron Willis was professional and knowledgeable about his product (Mastic T-Lok). Additionally, he followed up with me and asked if I had any additional questions, which I didn?t.

They did great. They did an absolutely professional job. When they got here, they got it done and they cleaned up and left. It took two days. They didn't disrupt anything. They took care of business and left. I did some research and their price was well within the ballpark.

Initially contacted the company on or around August 15, 2012, and the work was completed on November 9, 2012.

I contacted several companies with Sooner State being the first and the last. Our salesman David answered all the questions that my wife and I had and was patient and knowledgeable. Their windows were offered at a fair price with an outstanding warranty. The intsallers were thorough and did a great job and cleaned up after themselves each day. I would recommend Sooner State without hesitation.

From the salesman to the installers, we could not have asked for a better experience! We had several companies out for estimates and felt better about Sooner than anyone else. My mom is in a wheelchair so we wanted a company we felt would be truthful and do a great job. Sooner did. The installers were on time, the windows went in perfectly and look great! We would definately and will definately use them again. Awesome job! Thanks so much. (They were also great with my 3yr old grandson who happened to be there both days following them around)

After receiving some hail damage, I contacted several companies for an estimate to repair the damage. The insurance company was not going to cover any of the repair costs because they believed the damage was less than the deductible. The rep from Sooner State was wonderful. He helped me try to determine what the best course of action would be to repair the old siding and perhaps replace a portion of the siding on the house. Eventually I decided to replace the siding on the entire house so I could change the color. The workers were prompt and courteous. They found some damage under the house, suggested a repair option and were able to repair it before moving on. I was thankful that they were able to do the work because it was something that required immediate attention. They went above and beyond by removing some old cabling from around the house. They removed ALL the trash from around the house - I did not have to pick anything up after they were gone. I am exceedingly happy with the new siding. I feel like I'm parking at a new home. I will definitely call this company in the future for anything that they do.

They were very knowledgeable, eager to please, and the product was of good quality. I cannot think of anything bad about them.

The representative came to our home and discussed our needs and the windows they offered. There was no pressure to buy, just provided a lot of good information. The price was reasonable and the quality of the product was excellent. Everything took place exactly as is was agreed on. Installation crew was great. I could tell they were experienced and the whole process went without a hitch. I am more than impressed with this company and I definitly recommend them with out any hesitation

The pricing was reasonable. Their customer service was of exceptional quality. The price of the windows was as advertised. They cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient.

Bran the sales representative was knowledgeable and Kenny, who did the actual work with Rocky, his helper, was wonderful. Has a real eye for details, made wonderful suggestions, neat, clean work. Exceptional company.

We got a free estimate from them. Our overall experience was excellent. They were very quick and came out the same week. The guy who came out was very punctual. He was very professional. I remember when I started making calls to get the estimates for businesses, they were very fast. I can't remember the exact timeframe, but it was very quick. They were very eager to work us in, quickly.

This company is unbelievable! I have never dealt with a more professional company. Dave, the salesman, is the best! They talked us through everything, never high pressure, just what we wanted. Our home was built in 1980 and had old wood type siding that had rotted out and our dog had pulled off in places. It looks beautiful now. We have had to call them out twice since they completed the job, and they came out and did the repairs quickly. Let me say, these repairs were not the fault of the company. One time someone shot a gun at our house and we had to have some siding replaced because of bullet holes and the second time we had to have some siding replaced because our house was hit by lightening. I recommend them to everyone I know when they are talking about siding and windows. I have just purchased another home, (built in 1950), it will be needing windows and siding, and guess who I will be calling!

They were out here fairly quickly. They did the work and were gone within about 2 hours. They seemed to be very reliable and they did good work.

We had great service. We were really pleased with what they did. They cleaned up everything very well, every day, before they left. The owner and the Mark Thomas, the contractor showed up. Mark worked with the insurance company for us and he was there every day. He did what he said he was going to do at the price they said they would do it for. Everything was perfect.

We did have a few issues with the sales person but Joe, the owner, has made things right. I think that Joe is very diligent with his company and straight forward in taking care of business; he always wants to make sure his customers are satisfied. They did a good job.

There were two gentlemen that showed up early. They called first to make sure it was ok. When they showed up they introduced themselves and went right to work. They were very polite and efficient. When they were done they made sure everything was clean.

Sooner State had replaced all our house windows (22) and front door 2/25/10 shortly after we purchased our house. They did such a good job for us, we asked them to do our patio.

Both teams were extremely skilled in their respective fields, expremely professional, always on time and cleaned up after themselves at end of each day. You can tell a GREAT Company by the people they hire and this was the best experience I've had with many on different levels, only sorry they only do siding, windows and other imporvements on a carpentry level. Could use more companies with great professional workers on task.

This was a positive experience from the start. From the time we first met with them at the home show, they were friendly and professional. We made an apointment for a estimate. Their representative showed up when scheduled, and brought a sample window with him to make sure we knew what we were buying, and explained all the features. He was in NO hurry, and even had his wifew ith him in the car, and we invited her in also. After measuring all our existing windows, he gave us a total price which we accepted and paid a deposit. Even after the deal was over, her stqayed and chatted, and he and his wife left us feeling like we were old friends. The windows came in earlier than promised, and we made a date to have them installed. Four installers showed up when promised, and worked without stopping to install all 14 windows. They were extremely careful when removing the glass and old window frames, and when they left there was nothing left to show they had been there except for our shiny new windows. They did an excellent job, and were very courteous and professional. The installer noticed one of the window screens had a small hole in it. They could have just replaced the screen, but he ordered a whole new screen and frame assembly. I probably would not have even noticed the hole, it was that small. About two weeks later, the man who originally did the estimate called my wife at work, and told her the screen was in and he would be in the area and install it. It was installed from the outside, so he didn't have to go in the house, but he just wanted to elt us know he was there. From thestart to the finish this was a VERY positive experience. We got what we paid for, when it was promised, and got a quality installation. Based on my experiences with them I would not hesitate to usethem again, or recommend them to anyone. I also checkd the Better Business Bureau befor buying from them and their record is spotless. It is very unusual to find such a reputable company these days. Many siding and windows companies have given the whole industy a bad name, but Sooner State definetly is the best.

I received a follow-up letter from Sooner State Home Improvement letting me know they did not have nor have ever had an employee named Ricky Rush. They let me know no job is too small and they do not conduct business by e-mail. I have my siding repaired. But Sooner State Home Improvements attention to this matter, leads me to feel they are a company to contact when I need home repairs again.
