I am very happy with the quality of work and product that I received. I have a decent sized lot and had 9 sprinkler zones installed last summer. Kevin and his crew did a great job. The communication was excellent as well. We had a pretty good rain on the first day and his crew did not come out due to it being too wet to dig. Kevin contacted me ahead of time to tell me they would reschedule for later in the week. They held to that promise. Kevin met with me after the install and showed me how to work the control box and make sure all of my questions were answered. I held off writing this review until spring of the following year. I was really concerned due to the really cold weather that we had during the winter that I would have issues with broken pipes. I tested all of the sprinklers in March and everything worked great. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a quality irrigation system installed.

Great company! I was called and was set up with a service call for the next day! I had a morning appointment and the guy coming called to let me know he was on the way and did a wonderful job! My sprinklers work amazing now!!

I got scammed! They took my money and ran! The first appointment, they were a "No-Show". The second appointment, Abraham came out, we walked through the entire system, he gave me an acceptable quote, and I paid him $95.00 for the consultation. He said they would be back within a couple of weeks. Never saw or heard from him again! I made repeated calls to the office and was told they couldn't give me Abraham's telephone number, but would ask him to call me. Never heard from anyone! Last call I made was to request my $95 be refunded. No chance.

Called on June 9, set an appointment on June 15 from 12-5, called on Monday afternoon, they said it is on Tuesday, 12-5. I didn't think so because I had Monday. Never showed up on Tuesday, as usual, called them Wednesday morning, said would come on Thursday a.m. Never showed up, tried to call on Thursday afternoon, they never answered, booked a different and hopefully RELIABLE company. This company never called me, on Wednesday when I called she said someone had to take their wife to the hospital, "didn't he call you?", etc. I read other reviews on sights that this seems to be normal for this company. Then on Friday, she calls out of the blue and says I don't think we can get to you because of the rain! Obviously I can't do business with a company that is run so poorly, so declined and told her how poor the service had been. She was nice and apologized and everything, but that's awful service. And I had to call them to find out what happened every time....except for they called me and said they cannot come on a day that they were not supposed to. I had taken off work Tuesday and Thursday and it cost me money to be home...evidently they don't care. Horrible company!

Sooner Okie was scheduled to show up between 12 and 1700 hrs. I received a call at 1645 from an individual stating that he can't make it because he was "swamped". He asked if I want to reschedule and I told him to have the office call me. The office never called. If this is the way sooner Okie does business than I will never contact them again. No customer service.

Outstanding! Mark Patterson was a delight to work with. He was clear on what they would do and fulfilled every promise. The crews were extremely careful when removing the old shrubs. They even avoided any damage to an old concrete curbing system while removing some very large photinias and euonymous. We went to the wholesale nursery, got a design to meet our tastes and picked out the shrubbery. The lawn sprinkler was commercial grade Rain Bird that included freeze and rain sensor and auto drain (no need to winterize and startup in spring). Could not believe how good the yard looked after installation of the new lawn sprinkler system. They surprised us with how much care they took to leave such a little footprint of their work.

I️ bought a new house and a sticker on the irrigation system said that sooner okie installed the sprinklers. I️ called them to wonterize. In the past I have paid about $75 for winterization. Imagine my surprise to see a bill for $150. For sprinkler blow out. Seems Very excessive to me.

Of the 5 quotes I requested, Sooner Okie was the most responsive, prompt and professional, not to mention the lowest cost. Would hire again and have already recommended to others.

It went well. They installed a nine zone Irrigation System. I dealt with Mark Patterson, he was very professional and prompt. His crew was very professional and prompt as well, did a great job.

They were competitive with their bid, were out within 2 weeks to start the job, completed the job in one day and Kevin then cam back out to explain the functionality of the system. Overall, everything went very smoothly.

Cost was good. They showed up when they said they would and knocked the work out in only one-day. They were good to come back out and make adjustments to some of the sprayers and make sure we were pleased with the work.

The tech was really nice and very thorough. He was able to troubleshoot quickly, acquire parts and fix the problem in the same afternoon. We would call them again!

Chris and Louis performed the work. Upon arriving they got right to work. Both were very personable. Chris had come a few days earlier and knew what needed to be done. They brought all the equipment and parts needed to do the job. They cleaned up after themselves. Chris provided an overview of how the new controller worked. He also provided the manual. He also told me about how long the various batteries would last. Something to note so I can change them out on time. During a test Chris walked me around as the zones came on. He pointed out heads that need plants pulled back so the water could get to where it was aimed at and provided some instruction on how the heads worked and could be adjusted. I learned the system put in does not need winterizing. Something I did not know. So far, I'm very pleased with the work. Of course the system needs to be used to flush out any problems, but I don't expect any. Next time I need service I'll be contacting Sooner Okie and I'll ask for Chris and Louis. Chris provided me a rough quote when he had come by earlier, not including the rain sensor. Upon completion of the work, Chris told me it was over $100 less than quoted. That is when I opted for the rain sensor. I'm satisfied with the work and cost.

Sooner Okie installed Lace Bark Elm trees instead of our requested trees. In addition we were told that they do not warranty their trees at all. When we were advised that the trees were not Chinese Pistash I called Sooner Okie, explained the problem and requested to talk with the landscaper. He suddenly was not available (I had been told that he was in) and he has never returned by phone call. I am stuck with two trees that I would NEVER have opted to have installed. (The builder also said they weren't responsible for landscape issues) I would not recommend these folks for your landscaping needs.

Went well, like Shawn and crew, honest guys who know their stuff.

We've had several people out to try to repair our sprinklers and they were the first one to finally seem to know what they were doing and got our sprinkler system fixed. We thought that they were very nice. We had a little trouble with communication right at the beginning because their secretary had gone into premature labor and the guys didn't really know what was going on with their scheduling so it really wasn't their fault, but still it was kind of annoying because I couldn't get them to call me back and they couldn't tell me when they were scheduled. But, I would use them again definitely.

The company is great to deal with. They show up on time and they do their work in a professional manner and take the time to answer and explain any questions you might have.

Very please w/ Sooner Okie. Pricing was best of several bids. Workers, worked hard and fast. Performed services above and beyond the call of duty.
