Some Assembly Required

This guy was great! He was here when he said he'd be. He knew exactly what he was doing. It was a pleasure having him in our home. We were set up with him via the Nautilus company when we purchased our exercise equipment.

Attempted to contact this provider no less than six (6) times in the last two weeks to assemble a wood cedar playset for my daughter in our backyard. Came suggested from Lowe's, Galaxy and Family Leisure in the OKC area. Will not return my calls. Have sent three emails. No response over two weeks. Wow - at least tell me you're booked solid for months, but ignoring a potential customer is so unprofessional. Have never reached a person - voicemail every time I call (morning, afternoon or night). Borrowed an impact drill and am doing the install myself. Was willing to pay $165, $200 or whatever to get this installed, but no response at all, ever. Unreal.

They were great. Because of landscaping issues at our new house, we had to disassemble and move the playset then wait about 6 weeks to reassemble it. Both took less time than anticipated. The disassemble took less then two hours with two workers; reassembly took less then three hours with one worker. Everyone was very polite and it was clear that they knew what they were doing.

Antuane was extremely professional and a very nice guy. Would have given all A's but I had a hard time reaching him to schedule the appointment. Once we made contact, we set a date. Had a delay because of weather but he was very prompt in calling to make the schedule changes. Would have finished in on day, but ended up being two half days because of a late start the first day due to circumstances beyond their control. The fact that the company has so much business is a testimony to price and skill, you just have to be patient when it's a busy time of year. Great company.

Day after I called he came and beds were together. The best!

Great work! Reasonable price. Really nice guy. My 1 complaint is that he had a serious problem w/missing scheduled appt. times (this happenned 3x). Otherwise would be an A.

Antuane and David arrived right on time and assembled our Rainbow Playsystem. They were extremely courteous and highly competent. The playset was a bigger job than they expected, but they completed the job as promised. We will definitely use Some Assembly Required again.

It went over decently. It ended up being a 2 day job and they got it done in the 2 days. I think he was just a tad bit late. It was supposed to be a surprise for my son, but it ended up being a 2 day job. I had to hold off the surprise for 2 days and that was the only thing that irritated me. Other than that, everything else was fine. It was something I would never ever do for myself.

They met me at the store on time and delivered the set to my home, moved it to the backyard and assembled it. It took them more than four hours and it was literally 100 degrees the day they did it. They only charged $110 for the whole thing. The nearest estimate I received from others were over $300. They were professional and very friendly. I can't tell you how pleased I am with their service. They assemble just about anything and I strongly recommend them.
