Description of Work: I couldn't be more pleased. On a previous visit, Scott did some repairs on the carpet that had been bothering us. He also got stains out of the carpet that previous carpet cleaners had not been able to remove. I'd give him an A+if you had that.

 + 0 moreScott arrives on time and then looks around to see if there are any unusual problems areas. He spot treats those and then starts cleaning. He is careful around beds, curtains and moves things if need be.
Description of Work: I have had my carpets cleaned yearly by SLP for a number of years. He always does a wonderful job and is very meticulous. He helped me a lot when we moved to my current house by stretching , re-laying, and re-doing the carpet edge to tile edge which is what he did this time along with cleaning.

 + -1 moreThe price was a special that they were running. The cleaner did show up on time and I helped him move the furniture as he was cleaning the carpet. He was very professional and did a very good job. I will be using them again if the price is right. The carpet seemed to be completely dry two hours after he cleaned it.
Description of Work: I had them clean about 700 square feet of plush carpet in my house. It was 2 rooms total and there was no spot removal or scotch guard included.
