I received a coupon from the company for Christmas for gutter cleaning and a free guttering inspection. A pair of extremely nice gentlemen showed up and thanked me for my business and asked exactly what I would like. I told them I wanted my gutters inspected and cleaned out. They started with the inspection and took me around and showed me where my gutters where coming down and the where the hardware was becoming worn. So I asked them if they would clean the gutters and give me an estimate on repairing my problem spots and possibly installing a french drain. They smiled said be more than happy to oblige me. about an hour later I got a knock on the door. they gentlemen took me out and showed me the cleaning job and gave me a price quote for a guttering repair and french drain, Guttering repair with gutter guard and french drain, and replacement guttering with gutter guard and the french drain. I chose the replacement because my guttering was 3 years old and the paint had become oxidized and I wanted a perfect color match all the way around the house. they gave me some color options I chose one and they told me they didn't have a full schedule that day so they would have it all done for my by the end of the day. I WAS SHOCKED. the two men left and came back in a few hours with all the materials needed to do the job. they came and told me they were back and not to be surprised if I heard some loud noises as they were about to start working. glad they did that would have scared me to death if they didn't about 2 hours later the gentlemen summoned me again to inspect my new guttering and drain. it looked amazing they even moved my down spouts to my flower beds so they weren't an eye sore on my house any more and my flower beds would get more water. I could not have asked for a better experience from a company they explained every step and the short one even helped me carrying in my groceries. I payed the gentlemen and have told all my neighbors about these guys.
Description of Work: Cleaned all of my guttering and installed new guttering and down spouts where mine had become worn and damaged. they also installed a product called gutter guard so I never need to have my gutters cleaned out from leave build up ever again. along with installing a french drain I needed badly.

To start, I was told that if I dropped it off, it would be ready in two weeks. The two weeks turned into five weeks which turned into a couple of more weeks. I went to pick it up after five weeks and the hail damage was repaired, but the places from being rear ended were not repaired. Then, after fixing the things from the wreck, the car was returned to me with white paint splashes all over one side and the front. They, of course, claimed that it did not happen while they or their body shop had it. I know that it did happen while it was there because we had to look the car over carefully to find all of the hail damage spots and we would have seen the paint while doing that. They attempted to get the paint off but it isn't all off. It does look better but not how it looked before. I was just really frustrated that I was assured it would be ready in two weeks when we got home from vacation and it was more than double that time. I understand that these places are busy because of all of the weather OK had, but don't tell me 2 weeks if you know that isn't feasable. I would much rather hear that truth than somebody just saying what I would like to hear and it not be true!! It's also frustrating when you take a nice car to get fixed and they don't take care of it. I am extrememly upset about the white paint.

Description of Work: The service that was offered was not properly disclosed. They advertised 500.00 worth of dent removal for the amount of the coupon. however, what they really were offering is to take not hold you accountable for 500.00 deductible. big difference

The experience with this company is one of the worst ever. I took my car in before the 4th of July. By the 31 of July when I could never get them to return my calls even after leaving numerous messages, I finally sent them an e-mail telling them I wanted the status of my car or I was coming to get my car and drive it off their lot if I did not hear from them within 24 hours. Their recording says they will return calls within 24 hours. The pattern from this company for the last 2 months is as follows: first no response, finally a response, a delay in the completion date, a new completion date, then a change in the date, then no response, then a new date, then a change in the date. Dates have moved from 9 Aug to 14 Aug, to 22 Aug to no later than noon on 23 Aug. On 23 Aug, I finally contacted my insurance company to call Skyyline to verify the vehicle would be ready since they would not rectum my call to confirm it was ready. The insurance company called me back and confirmed it would be ready at 1:00. Well, again, it was not ready. This has been the pattern this entire 2 months. On 23 August, we went to Skyyline to pick up my car. Skyyline?s representative Mitch brought the car out for me to take home. Upon examining the vehicle with an expert whom I brought with me, and the Skyyline representative, rubber is seen hanging from the chrome trim on the driver side. They were to replace the trim but said they didn?t because the replacement chrome they got was bent up so they stuck my old one back on. Five inches of rubber is hanging lose on the rear hatch window trim. There are 2 deep scratches above the passenger door. Sanding scratches are easily seen on the left front door panel. It looks like clear coat filled them in but you can still see the scratches. On the left quarter panel, paint is burned off with the buffer just past the rear door. Left quarter panel shows numerous scratches and were never buffed out. Mitch said they would buff the scratch out that was going into the left quarter panel and would correct the areas which we identified to him. There is damage to both outside mirrors (paint chip and a scratch) which they will either deny or confirm was their responsibility when mirrors were removed during repair of the vehicle. All of these issues were pointed out to Mitch who said I could take the car home and then bring it back. I said I did not want to take the car home until all work was completed in a satisfactory manner. I am now becoming concerned about what the quality of my car will be, based on how this company deals with their customers. They have changed the date and time on numerous occasions, and often on the very date I was supposed to pick up the car. I took my car in to Skyyline before the 4th of July. I have never pressured them to complete the work in a hurry because I want a quality job. I will be bringing a professional with me when I do come to get the car to examine the work done. Secondly, Skyyline stated on 23 Aug they will contact me by e-mail when the vehicle is completely ready to be picked up. I am waiting on this e-mail. The owner Barry Titus stated on Thursday, Aug 22 per telecom and on the speaker, that I would not have any deductible to pay because they had my car so long. It was during this phone call that I was informed the company had already cashed the supplemental insurance check which was left by the adjuster even though my name was also on the check. They stated I should not have signed the FAX which they faxed to me on 5 July if I could not read it because it was blurry. Per Skyyline, the FAX had a small box, with non-legible print which they said gave them permission to cash the check. I am asking Angie?s List and my insurance company to intervene on my behalf to get a quality job completed on my vehicle before we get well into the third month. I wish for Skyyline to walk me through the repairs as stated in the insurance adjuster?s record when I go back for the last and final time. Update 9/23/13 I did finally get my car back but I want to keep everything the same because that doesn't change all that I went through. Even though the car looks good today, due to the limited warranty, of 5 years for the paint job, and the way they have treated me these past few months I have no faith in how long this paint job will last.
Description of Work: Initially, this company was polite if you could ever get a hold of them. They soon became argumentative and began denying what they had previously told you, and more so as time went by. They would not return my calls and the only way I could get them to respond was by email with a CC to Angie's List or asking my insurance company to call them. Even this stopped having any affect and they stopped answering my e-mails. Perhaps their intent is to hang onto to this car until I am fed up and get the car. This whole thing shows them as having poor judgment and being unprofessional on their part. My vehicle has been at Skyyline Dent & Hail Repair 9401 S. Sunny lane, OKC all of July, all of August, and we are now looking into Sep. Damage was due to hailstorm The Adjuster wrote it was a12 day repair. Repairs included replacing the roof, hood, and info labels, some PDR, R&I, Rpr. I had purchased the vehicle just 2 months prior to the hail storm. It carries the new car warranty and had no blemishes or damage of any kind. The longer my vehicle stays at their facility, the greater the danger of additional damage.

This in in response to the customer’s recent complaint. I could begin with the fact that she didn’t bring her car to us before July 4th, but rather July 8th and that was done after 9:00 p.m. at night. She hadn’t signed a contract which required us to contact her the next afternoon in order to get said contract signed. Our policy requires a signed contract before we can address any vehicle in any way. The returned document with her signature is dated July 9th, 2013. We have done everything possible to keep the customer appraised of the status on her vehicle. It is not our policy to contact our customers on a daily basis, we notify our customers when there are issues which delay the progress of when the vehicle is complete. In this customer’s case we have tried to keep lines of communication open with progress updates via phone and e-mail. When the customer came to our office she was very upset with what she considered a “low ball” estimate from her insurance company. We tried to explain in defense of her insurance company that the conditions under which they examined her vehicle often doesn’t reveal all damage to a vehicle. Outside lighting and weather conditions can often hide damage caused by hail. This didn’t seem to satisfy her and she was vocal in her opinion that we should take her insurance company for all we could get. This gave us cause for concern in taking her vehicle to repair, and under normal circumstances we would have asked this customer to take her vehicle to another shop due to her lack of respect for business processes and her blatant slander for her own insurance company; however as an Angie’s List referral and per our agreement with Angie’s List we were obligated to proceed with the repair of her vehicle. This required us to sublet some of the work to a body shop, which we informed her in the beginning would be needed and due to the current overload on body shops could take longer than our normal paint-less dent repair. Our staff had done everything possible to assist the customer through this process and in return she had continued to be difficult and accusatory with each who have tried to accommodate her. We are truly sorry she has not appreciated what we have done to please her and hope that in the end she will be happy with the results.

It was good and not good. I had to call to find out what was going on with my car. There were lines where you could see they painted and they could not keep a straight line. They had to replace the hood and the front of the hood had some scrapes and looked like it had some of the paint on it. When I went to pick it up the admin assistant looked at it and saw it and agreed it needed to go back ot the shop. I gave it another couple of days and I come back and there is a plastic part where the windshield wiper goes and one side was scuffed and one side was broken. She had to order the part and it was another a day or two. I wanted my truck back and took it for a few days and brought it back. I called her at 5:30 last night to ask if the truck was done and she said I am so sorry it would be another few days. The end result was good, the hail was fixed but the process to go there is not something I would recommend. I knew it would probably take awhile to get done. The service was not bad but the communication was bad. The end result was good. They were very thoughtful, professional and I understood why I wanted things done the way I did. I think they were overworked with all the hail damage.

After recent hail events in OKC, I needed to find a place to perform hail repair on my newly purchased truck. USAA sent me to a place where they wanted to take off the roof of my truck and put it back on--all reviews I have heard about this was negative. I decided to check Angie's List for any company that performed hail repairs and came across Skyline and their great deal of $38 = $500 towards your deductible. Knowing that it would take at least two weeks to complete the hail damage, I was not expecting my vehicle back soon. At Turn-In 1. They explained to me that removing the roof is not a good option and they would not do that = A 2. They stated that they could talk to my insurance company and try to get a spray-in bedliner installed at no charge = A At Delivery 1. The truck was delivered to me with the paint on the roof visibily showing lines of where they forgot to paint or where the paint ended = D 2. The new hood that was installed had white scuffs on the front and needed to be buffed out = D At Delivery Part 2 1. The paint and hood were fixed = A 2. The section between the hood and windshield, where the wipers are, was scuffed on one side and broken on the other = F - This wasn't a little break, this was a break that was so noticable that it shouldn't have even left the parts section for delivery At Deliver Part 3 1. All parts, paint, and whatever else was fixed to perfection = A 2. What was clearly a 1 day job took 3 full days and ME having to call them to see if it was ready = D Overall, I'm not really sure about this experience. Although there were courteous throughout the process and went beyond what I expected in getting me a spray-in bedliner...the multiple times I was given delivery on the vehicle w/ it having things done incorrectly or broken and the fact I had to call each time to find out my vehicle had been ready for delivery well before my call--I cannot recommend this company.

I took my car to them on a Saturday, and was told it would be ready a week later, specifically the next Friday. So, I called them a week later on Saturday since I had not heard from them, and was told it would be a couple more days and ready on Monday - that they just needed to get it detailed. (According to my insurance, this was a 3 day job). I was told when I dropped the car off that they were working everyday including Sunday to get cars done. But when I asked about it being done on Sunday, I was told they were not open on Sunday. So, on Monday I got a call from them that they had damaged my car further during the process of the repair, and the roof was needing to be painted in the shop. It was going to take 3 days for the paint to be done. They had to call my insurance out and get the estimate changed. The car was not ready until Friday at 5 pm, and I picked it up on Saturday. The damage to the roof was the size of a quarter, not sure why that took 4 days in the shop to paint. And they were pretty rude in the shop - I provided them with a cashier's check for the amount and they attempted to call the bank and verify funds. WHAT? All around, not a good experience. I would like to say better things, but in general, I won't go back. On the day I picked it up, they refused to walk me through the repairs, and I was sick of being there so long that I left. I observed later that some of the damage was not repaired, but I won't be taking it back for another 14 days of the run around. I understand it was after the tornado and they were busy. Perhaps better communication would have helped, like calling me to tell me they were running behind instead of waiting for me to call them. It was a huge inconvenience to be without a car for 2 weeks. I will question it in the future when I see so many five star reviews for a business that is so new.

My experience was really fantastic and they did an excellent job repairing our car; they were timely and overall it was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend them and what makes me surprised was when they were done, they totally detailed the car, it was spotless when I got it back and I don't have that kind of treatment in any other auto body shop. Let me start off by saying that the experience I had with Skyyline and their staff will be hard to match by any of their competitors. My truck was finally hit by a hail storm while I was at work and I had to watch helplessly as pea sized, then dimes, then nickels and then quarter sized hail riddled my brand new truck! So after making a call to the insurance company I started my search for a repair shop. Being a resident of Oklahoma I know too well that good paintless dent repair (PDR) shops are few and far between so what do you do? You look at the reviews. And I was very skeptical when I saw that Skyyline had a flawless track record. So I figured it would be a good place to start. I call their office number and get a message.. I thought to myself "well that's just peachy" and down the list I went. Before I could make the next call Barry Titus calls me back and apologizes about the missed call, turns out he has all the missed calls at his office fowarded to his cell phone. Barry is the president/CEO and works along side his employees to boot (very comendable in my book). He starts off by apologizing for the missed call and that his company's number one goal is customer satisfaction. So I took the truck to the shop. As he is making the estimates he also educates me in the process of PDR. Apart from his duties as president/CEO of the company he is also a master tech with loads of experience and passes along his knowledge. At this point I was commited to Skyyline. I wasn't able to leave my truck that day because I didn't have a rental car, so he went ahead and set me up with a rental the following day and a referral to his insurance agent (which also saved me about $79 a month on my cars and homeowners insurance! WOW!) Talk about going above and beyond. My insurance company wanted to replace my hood and cut off the roof of the truck to save time and cost, Skyyline advised me not to go that route because my truck would never be the same after that. Skyyline had my truck for 13 days only because they did it the right way, without any shortcuts. My truck looks like it did when I drove it off the lot the first time and the amazing thing is, they didn't replace a single part. They will always have my business and I highly recommend them to anyone I come across.
Description of Work: Paintless dent repair (PDR) on truck. Setup rental car. Worked with the insurance company. Picked up my truck at the rental car place and dropped it off at my home when it was done. Returned the rental car as well. And they also had my truck detailed before they returned it to me.

we used this company a while ago to fix our hail damage and put some accessories on my husbands truck. And once again we got hailed on contacted the company they came right back out picked up the cars fixed them and returned them a week later fully repaired. They waived our deductible that last time was 1000.00 but with there advice lowered the deductable to $500.oo so we had no money out of pocket cars came home completely detailed fixed looked and smelled like brand new. thank you again skyyline

We had a young man knock on our door around 4pm on Monday April 1st 2013. He asked if my husband & I had considered getting our hail damage repaired on our vehicles. My husband & I thought it was possibly an April fool’s joke. Fortunately for us it wasn't. The young man showed us our hail damage even some stuff we had not seen on our vehicles. Then he proceeded to answer all of our insurance questions about how the process worked and gave us some pointers on what we could do to protect ourselves better in the future. So we took the young man’s card and told him we would consider it. Tuesday morning we decided after looking at our vehicles again that we needed to get them fixed. We contacted the young man around 10am. By noon he had two rental cars reserved for us at enterprise rental car. The young man and another gentleman showed up at our house to pick up our vehicles we completed two contracts and the young men drove us in our vehicles to pick up the rental cars. We picked up the rental cars drove them home and the young men took our vehicles to the shop. We were amazed when our insurance company contacted us and told us we had over $15,000.00 in hail damage on our vehicles. And we each have $1,000.00 deductibles so we called the young man that had come to our door. He informed us that because we used him as a salesman that he would wave $500.00 of our deductible from each vehicle turning our $2000.00 out of pocket into $1000.00 then the young man explained that the difference between a $1,000.00 and a $500.00 deductible was a few dollars per month difference. When we contacted our insurance company we found out that it was only $3.72 to lower our comprehensive deductibles to $500.00 per vehicle which will make our next repair free at Skyyline. The young man told us about some of the other services offered by the company and my husband took interest quickly as he has a big ford truck with lots of normal over grown boy toys on it. The repair took approximately three days my husband’s truck took five days because he simply needed another $5,000.00 in accessories, Full detail, his emblems repainted, spray in bed liner and a tonneau cover put in his truck the list goes on but that’s when I stop listening when he is talking to his friends. Both vehicles were delivered back to where we needed them. Mine was delivered back to me at my work. The young man returned the rental car for me and the same for my husband just a few days after mine. I have had a lot of accidents in my time and I have had to have a lot of vehicles repaired at body shops and there isn't another company I would every consider using other than Skyyline Dent & Hail Repair in the future.

And we each have $1,000.00 deductibles so we called the young man that had come to our door. He informed us that because we used him as a salesman that he would wave $500.00 of our deductible from each vehicle turning our $2000.00 out of pocket into $1000.00 then the young man explained that the difference between a $1,000.00 and a $500.00 deductible was a few dollars per month difference. When we contacted our insurance company we found out that it was only $3.72 to lower our comprehensive deductibles to $500.00 per vehicle which will make our next repair free at Skyyline. The young man told us about some of the other services offered by the company and my husband took interest quickly as he has a big ford truck with lots of normal over grown boy toys on it. The repair took approximately three days my husband?s truck took five days because he simply needed another $5,000.00 in accessories, Full detail, his emblems repainted, spray in bed liner and a tonneau cover put in his truck the list goes on but that?s when I stop listening when he is talking to his friends. Both vehicles were delivered back to where we needed them. Mine was delivered back to me at my work. The young man returned the rental car for me and the same for my husband just a few days after mine. I have had a lot of accidents in my time and I have had to have a lot of vehicles repaired at body shops and there isn't another company I would every consider using other than Skyyline Dent & Hail Repair in the future.
Description of Work: Fixed our hail damage, detailed our vehicles, replace the glass in our vehicles, picked up and delivered or vehicles, preformed paintless dent repair on our door dings and hail damage, installed a tonneau cover & multiple other accessories on my husbands truck.
