+ -1 moreMr. White arrived on time and ready to go. He let me tag along for the entire inspection and explained things I might have had trouble understanding. He was very thorough and thoughtful in the way he explained and pointed out faults of the property. For a small extra fee, he also documented all his findings with a digital camera and conveniently provided the report, fully documented with pictures and explanations of what he covered. He offers to email the actual inspection report in PDF format and mails a copy of the report on CD with the pictures he took. (A lifesaver when you're buried in actual paper paperwork!).
Description of Work: Bill White came out to inspect a home I am in the middle of purchasing. He did a complete home inspection and termite inspection. He also took lots of pictures to include in his inspection report. Bill also made suggestions of general home maintenance to maintain the property, as well as identifying all the faults of the home.
