Sheppard Concrete

We had a bad experience with a previous contractor that scammed us out of a lot of money. Sheppard Concrete came in, assessed the job, and gave us a price. They said there was no payment until the job was completed and we were satisfied. They reviewed the previous cement job and said it was so shoddy that they would have to tear it out. They also showed us that the cement was so poor that it crumbled in his hand and should not do that. Sheppard's crew came in and did such a beautiful job. They laid the framework, and got the permit, which the previous contractor did not do. They then laid the cement for both the patio and the shed, which looks great. The owner even wrote us a report on the previous cement slab. They genuinely do class-A work, and I would highly recommend Sheppard Concrete.

If you need ANY concrete work done, this is the company to call. I researched many companies in the area and the time I spent doing that was worth it. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to do my concrete work for me. They communicated well, everyone was polite and ALL were VERY professional and knowledgeable. They did exactly what they said they would do (when they would do it) and even made suggestions along the way that worked better than I originally planned. They worked closely with me and cleaned up way better than many other contractors I have worked with. They really know their business and focus on doing the best job they can for you. Amazing customer service and they went above and beyond with making me feel better with the project. As an older female, this made a world of a difference. I will definitely use them again if I need concrete work done. I just wish I could hire them for all of my other non-concrete project as well.

Excellent work. They showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up and left. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire them again!

The work site was on an uneven area of the yard, they leveled the site and poured concrete to fill in the site. They put a broom finish on the concrete, it's extremely smooth not at all what I expected, very high quality.

Sheppard called me almost immediately after my Angie's list post, and then met with me at MY earliest convenience. I gave them 3 variations of my project from easier to more complex in case I could not afford the complete project at once. However, their prices were so good that I was able to complete the most complex and costly option immediately. I put down a third, and they put me in the queue, getting to me about two weeks later. Work started on Feb 15, first pour was Feb 19, final pour was Feb 25. Final cleanup happened on Feb 29. I am extremely happy with the results. They also suggested improvements to my drawings that made the project have even more curb appeal. I highly recommend this company to do your concrete work

They were excellent. The lowest price, did what they said they were going to do, showed up on time, nice and left it cleaner than they found it.

It rained every day and work could not begin until the site dried out somewhat. Finally it stopped raining and the guys were here ready to work. In a day and a half, the job was complete, cleanup included. Nice job, nice people and great work ethic. Will definitely have them back for future concrete work.

Their service was outstanding. Dwayne and Brad are both very professional, prompt, and answered questions. It was a good experience.

They did a great job. They were the only company that I called, that actually came out to my house before giving me a quote. They framed everything out, they walked me through the process about the type of concrete that I would need, they educated me on the concrete thickness and differences between anchoring my concrete into my home, so that it will hold up. When they were pouring the concrete. They had guys holding up material so that the concrete wouldn’t splash up on my home. The finish work I was very impressed with. The crew even cleaned up and swept my driveway before they left.
