They are very responsive. They come out within a couple of days and take a look at everything, and if they can repair it right away, the take care of it, if not, then they order the parts and have it shipped here to the house and then I give them a call and we schedule and the gentleman usually comes out and take care of it.

Their prices are comparable.That's where I always get my washer and dryer. I just like the convenience of it because they're close to my house. The people there are fine, they're okay and always been friendly. They also offered delivery and installation service. They have nice people working there.

The left side of the bed started to sag. It would push to the left. I tried using the right side of the bed, and then the same thing happened. When I went to the store to talk to them about it, the lady said she had to clock out and gave me someone else. The new lady was helpful but it was not her department so she had to leave as well. When I came back the next week, they told me she had been fired. The man who actually sold me the bed was from the appliance department but was the one that rang me up. When I came in again, they said they discontinued this line of beds. I never had anyone available to tell me which mattresses were comparable to the one I had. I am stuck with my defective mattress. I sent them pictures to the store and also to the home office. I did everything they said to do regarding how to take the pictures. I had a curtain rod stretched across to prove the leaning and that was all on its own, without me in it. I asked them to come get the mattress and they refused to come. They said there was nothing they could do about it.
