Sealwize of Oklahoma

It started off great. They were very responsive and got the job done quickly. At the end of last fall, the stain or dye started coming up or peeling in big chunks. I didn't call them over the winter, but did call them in April of this year. I told them the issue and they said it shouldn't happen and would come out and fix it. They came out immediately, but instead of fixing the big sections of peeling, they just tried to touch up those spots. They then sealed it again. They weren't here more than 30 minutes and there is no way that is enough time to fix this issue. When they left, you could still see the big sections where the dye came off and we now had a big section with white bubbles of the sealer. The bubbles stayed there all day and dried being crunchy bubbles. I called them that day and left a voice mail, but did not hear back. I then called them the next week and nothing. I have called them 4 times total and they have disappeared. David is the owner and seems very nice, but his follow up is not good. Our back patio now looks worse than it did before we started. I asked David why it peeled so bad and he said we have "soft" concrete. I have never heard of that, but when I do research it online, sites tell you that you need to sand that concrete down before starting the job. Of course, he didn't take any blame. Maybe his company should have known it was soft before doing the job, so that the job would stay looking good. I know his company has some positive reviews on this site, but they didn't do their job correctly when it comes to us. Thank you.

the hardest part was the coordination of when to do this job. we tried to schedule this for when we opened the pool, but the weather was not cooperative. once there was a break in the weather and they had an opening, the job went really fast. we are very happy with the results.

Man's name was Michael. He was the person in charge. Very friendly and very good at what he does! They were supposed to come yesterday (Saturday ) called and said they were running behind. Would Sunday be OK? Had a cute gal assisting him. She would make an old dog break a new chain. Very Pleased

When a person works 8am to 5pm and works for a boss that does not like it when you take off it is not easy getting needed work done at home. I had a holiday coming up today and wanted two companies to come out to my home and give me an estimate. To make sure they had plenty of time I called a week ahead of time. I called Sealwize and Bill's Custom Concrete. Sealwize could not come. They did call me and gave me a number to call. I called the number and someone who does not speak English answered and told me I had a wrong number as best as I could understand. I tried to call Sealwize back, but was unable to get through to them. Now my holiday is gone and I am still no closer to getting my work done. I will have to call some other companies and see if they can come out when I am off for dental or doctor appointments. I need to get this done before the end of March. I guess it depends on what is important to each person. After I wrote my review of Sealwize on Angie?s List I received a text message from Sealwize telling me that their reviews were very important to them and asking me to either delete or revise my review. I wrote that it had been important to me to have someone come and evaluate my need while I was off work on my holiday. Sealwize wrote that my contact must have gotten lost and that they were very sorry. I am revising my evaluation as requested by Sealwize and raising the score that I gave them from a C up to a B to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Everyone we were in contact with in the company was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We contacted Seal Wize of OK for a estimate to stain our porch, patio and walkway. Also to seal our driveway and pool deck. Jeremy promptly came out to measure and discuss options. We decided to have a textured two color overlay done to blend a 33 year old porch and walkway with a 3 year old patio in front. The work was scheduled within a month which surprised us due to fact it's December. The project took 3 days. Day one was clean and prep the porch, patio, walkway and driveway. The pool deck has been put on hold until Spring when we take the pool cover off. Day 2 was the overlay texture application and day 3 was the stain and seal. The results are amazing. They worked with us to make sure it was just what we wanted.

They showed up on time and did an excellent job of both cleaning and sealing.

This blistered up, on a significant portion, onceand they came and fixed it. It re-blistered and they came back and stripped it but have not returned and its been a month and a half now. They also doubled the price on their estimate.

Overall this was a good project. Total install was 3 half days. They had to wash and grind floor, wait to dry came back next day to paint on epoxy, then 3rd day was sealing the floor (clear coat). Very satisfied with final look. Had a few spots but David came back and touched those up.

Did an excellent job of putting epoxy on the garage floor - everyone compliments me on the floor and wants to know who performed the work on the floor. Also stained the concrete and scored the patio. Did a great job. Highly recommend them

It totally changed the look of my garage. In addition, they advised me on temporary storage of my garage materials which was very quick, efficient, and well-coordinated. My wife and I are totally pleased with this choice of a contractor.

My deck and driveway both look absolutely wonderful! I enjoyed having them do the work for me. Very personable, friendly people. They did very detailed work in a time efficient manner. I am happy with the Sealwize product and it's guarantee of keeping my wood from dry rotting again.
