1- make sure you cover contract very throughly, don't overlook small details that need to be included or you will have to pony up for additional costs, example new vanities wasn't going to include the new pulls, the stain for the first vanity isn't right after two attempts, we are having another contractor fixing this problem out of our pocket, at least it will be the color we wanted. The other vanity that was built is the correct color. If contractor is supplying any type of fixtures, shower doors etc. make sure he understands what you want, not what he wants or thinks it should be. This contractor will take the time to repair those unforeseen things that will always arise after demolition starts. He also excels in his tile work but watch for things like adding vents and filling around woodwork etc. We have a couple of items that needs attention so we will see if his warranty stands up to his word.

The overall service was outstanding and excellent. They had preformed all the tasks I had asked them to and I was very satisfied with the outcome. His craftsmanship exceeded my expectations.
