Cliff Fulkerson with OKC Renew provided one of three bids for replacing the siding and windows in our new home (built in the early 70's, with no significant upkeep). Cliff's bid was significantly higher than the other two bids, so we chose the middle bid-----oh how I wish I had hired Cliff instead. The original contractor's quality of the initial work (installation of new windows) and the professionalism of his work/office crew were atrocious. I fired the contractor after the window install and hired Cliff to finish the project. Cliff's management of the project was a breath of fresh air after our previous contractor. The job was finished in a timely manner, with excellent attention to detail, AND Cliff and his crew fixed the mistakes of the previous contractor at a very reasonable (SMALL) added cost. We are very pleased with the finished job. Cliff's "high" bid turned out to be the best value. I would highly recommend Cliff and his crew to any of my friends and family. I'd also like to comment on Cliff's pro-activity---he pointed out numerous areas of concern (E.G. Poor insulation in the attic, etc...) in our new home, and helped to arrange fixes of those problems. How did it go? It went beautifully! Cliff and his crew were awesome. Cliff is a big-picture guy, but also pays great attention to detail. He was on-site for a vast majority of the time to ensure that everything went smoothly. We are so thankful that he was! After the first day of taking down a section of the old siding, Cliff could see that the new windows, which were installed a couple of weeks earlier by different company, were not properly installed--they stuck out nearly 3 inches. So Cliff and his crew had to re-set all 15 of the upstairs windows. In addition to this, when the siding was taken down from the end of the house, Cliff noted that our 40-year old attic insulation was almost non-existent. He advised that we might want to get more insulation added, which he helped to coordinate, and he helped to install insulation between the garage and bonus room upstairs. Furthermore, he helped to rid our old home of squeaky floors by putting some nails in the floor of the bonus room. He provided services that were above and beyond, because he wanted everything done properly. OKC Renew did a professional job, from start to finish. They cleaned up the job site EVERY DAY, even though they would be back early the next morning. We have small children, so we greatly appreciated this. Every evening Cliff sent us an email update showing the progress that had been accomplished that day, as well as letting us know the game plan for the next day. The painting crew did an exceptional job as well! We are quite happy with the end result. We are very pleased with the Hardie plank siding too. Our home looks so warm and inviting! OKC Renew is NOT your run-of-the-mill contractor--they are TOP NOTCH! We highly recommend Cliff and OKC Renew.

The entire experience was nothing less than perfect from beginning to end. Cliff and his team did a superb job paying attention to even the smallest detail. The completed work was immaculate, far exceeding our expectations. They competed the project efficiently, in a very timely manner, and carefully cleaned up after themselves. From the initial call to the finish Cliff coordinated every step, calling, showing up, starting and completing work exactly when he said he would. You always expect the possibility of delays with construction but thanks to Cliffs careful planning the project went perfectly smooth with no delays. This was absolutely the best construction experience we have ever had.
