Description of Work: Called them on Sunday 3/10/13 to unclog a sewer line - they arrived within a couple of hours and were able to get it unplugged in about 15 minutes. Was quoted $175 on phone and charged $186 . Glad to get it done but was quite expensive.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased. Roto Rooter showed up within an hour of the call and it was not even during business hours. They got the problem taken care of, and did not charge extra for not being within business hours. I would recommend this company to everyone.
Description of Work: Roto Rooter came out and un-clogged some pumps outside my house. They then checked to make sure everything was working properly inside the house as well.

+ -1 moreThe first time we hired Roto Rooter. My husband said to call them after seeing their ad on TV several times. It was an emergency and they came out right away. They knew how to solve the problem immediately. I found them to be very knowledgeable and worked hard to fix the problem.

+ -1 moreThis company came out in their allotted time and worked quickly to clean the sewer pipe out. I paid more than I wanted to because the work was done on a Saturday but I had no choice. The company is professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreAfter Roto Rooter ran the line down my vent and the toilet wouldn't flush they told me I needed a new toilet. I called in another plumber who replaced my sewer line, since that was the problem, not my toilet. Roto Rooter just did not have competent help to know the difference.
