Description of Work: They made a key to fit an exterior door lock, and several copies. They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Copies made later at their office location didn't fit the lock, but after I returned those, they made good keys and several extras that did work. I should have asked for the extra keys when they were still at our house.

Description of Work: They rekeyed deadbolts and door locks quickly. They were friendly, competitively priced and they really know their business. They were able to rekey some locks that were very old and took special knowledge of the manufacturer.

Description of Work: We had to replace a double sided dead bolt with a single side dead bolt. Rogers Safe and Lock did an excellent job--the lock was a non-duplicable keyed lock from an existing key and they were able to get the special lock ordered and replaced. I was very pleased with their service and courtesy throughout the process.

Description of Work: The central area of my deadbolt lock came out when I opened the door with my key! I visited D. Roger's shop to discuss. The clerk was polite and arranged a visit by a locksmith the next day. The locksmith quickly replace the part & asked if there were any other problems He keyed the new deadbolt to conform to my other house keys. All very quick & courteous. Also, in the past I have had keyes duplicated there.
