Description of Work: Previously renovated 4 closets for us in our 104 year old house (estimated cost is above). He has done several repairs/ renovations in our home. He is currently renovating our master bedroom floor including bathroom and closets. This job entailed totally gutting the room, including ceiling and floors, as well as improving structural components. My wife and I trust his work and expertise, he is very thorough. Quality of work is excellent. Current project requires a lot of detail. With the current project, it is taking some time to complete with a small crew. His choice of subcontractors (flooring, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineer) have been excellent. I will continue to use him for our renovation needs.
