Description of Work: Remodeled master bath. RLM did a great job--and every promise was kept, everything was done perfectly, the costs were as agreed, we were kept fully informed. RLM did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and charged what they said they would.

+ 0 moreOverall, except for the challenge of old paint peeling off while he painted, the job and work perfomed is very professionally done. He overcame the challenge the garage walls presented and painted the walls seemlessly! He offered advise on our next project of installing a vanity in our 1/2 bath. He works in remodel and construction also.
Description of Work: After the drywall was installed in the garage ceiling, Rob Meyer - RLM Construction came the following day to paint and seal the texture placed up on the garage ceiling and then painted all the walls of the garage. Some sections of the wall were peeling when he applied the paint in some areas. He waited for the paint to dry and then repaired the peeling section, sanded, and then reapplied the paint. He then second coated the ceiling and the walls. His eye for detail and thorough application of paint was seemless. He cleaned and swept the area in which he worked. He left the leftover paint for any touchups we may encounter. He arrived on time and did not leave until he completed his work. It took one full day for painting the garage ceiling and walls.
