Ridgid exceeded our expectations! Our roof had to be replaced from hail damage. We talked with several companies, but chose Ridgid. We’re glad we did! From start to finish Ridgid’s follow through was exceptional!!!

Rigid Construction was recommend to us because they go above and beyond. Justin has been phenomenal. Dealing with insurance companies can be a hassle and Justin has made the process so smooth. Insurance tried to only replace part of the roof. But Justin knew we deserved more. He requested a second inspection and dealt with the inspectors and adjusters for us. He knows what he is talking about and makes sure you get what you deserve.

Once again, Ridgid ti the rescue! Justin is so knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions. His expertise in dealing with our insurance company was invaluable. Until justin did an inspection, we had no idea how much damage our insurance adjuster had missed or neglected to document. Ridgid took care of all our repairs which made the whole experience seamless. Daniel in the office is extremely helpful and efficient. All crews were on time and did excellent work. This is our second time using them and will be our go to contractor in the future.

The insurance company wants to pay as little as possible for your roof claim. Fortunately, Ridgid sticks with it and files all the requests that the insurance company requires to get the quality roof you deserve.

This is the second time Ridgid has replaced a tornado damaged roof for us. Robert, the project manager, is always professional and knowledgeable. He offers suggestions and makes excellent recommendations regarding materials, timing, and costs. We could not be more pleased with the company and the work.

They did a great job. Justin and his team have high standards as regard to the quality of their work. Justin spent a lot of time searching for the best quality of materials with reasonable price. My house was built in 1989 and the bathroom sinks and bath tubs look old and yellowish but I don’t have the fund to replace them. Justin did some research and found a re-surfacing company and had them re-coated. The quality is good and durable, and the price is affordable! I am very grateful.

They were amazing to work with from start to finish! Justin communicated with us so well and always made sure we were on the same page with paint colors, repair recommendations and when workers would be at our house. The outside of our house has been completely transformed. Our neighbors, friends and family comment on the transformation all the time. They have done several projects for me over the past 5 years. They communicate well, pay attention to detail, and advocate with insurors to get the project done right. The latest project took a while to finish, due to Covid supply chain issues, but was done well. I will continue to use them.

After a bad hailstorm, we hired Ridgid Construction to coordinate repairs to our roof, a large custom skylight, siding, fencing, outbuildings, gutters and downspouts among other things. Despite issues such as slow insurance response, supply chain and labor challenges and personal events (both his and ours) Robert has worked tirelessly to insure that the repairs are completed to the highest of standards. Our new roof and 27 foot skylight are installed and are better than new! Robert's perseverance has been amazing through it all. As we continue to finish the last details I am confident that this high level of service and workmanship will continue, and I look forward to writing another glowing review when the last details are complete in the near future.
