Outstanding! Justin is a true professional and has the interest of his client at heart. He negotiated directly with our insurance adjuster and kept us informed throughout the process. Due to his expertise dealing with insurance claims, we received a complete new roof/decking with enhancements from bringing new codes up to date. All damage claims submitted were approved, work was completed in a timely manner, and our expectations were certainly met. The office staff was respectable and responsive when we had questions or concerns. We were indeed fortunate to have RidGid as our contractor!

Our home was damaged by hail in 2017, which caused us to have to replace the roof, all gutters, back windows, and repair our fence. Ridgid was extremely thorough in their assessment of the damage, and they were great at negotiating with our claims adjustor to get as much reimbursement of the insurance agency. All repairs were done in a timely manner and were of high quality. Out of pocket costs were very minimal, and I would definitely use them again.

I was extraordinarily pleased with this company. The estimator was personable, knowledgeable and kept his word on all schedules. His crew were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen and their work was absolutely amazing. My roof, gutters, downspouts and window framing make the house look amazing from the outside. The estimator worked with my insurance company and provided photographic proof of everything that required doing to the house. He was competent and thorough with all he provided to the insurance company. I would recommend these folks to anyone if they want quality service.

The construction went great. There was just a little pause in finishing because of bad weather and Christmas break, but that was not a concern to us at all. The quality of the work was excellent. Recently, a different builder was here to replace some windows, and he commented on how well the new roof had been built. Bob was very professional and reliable.

We were very pleased with all the work. The workers who did the soffit repair, hung a new door and painted the exterior Oscar and Salvador Reyes did excellent work as did all the subcontractors. The only negative is that I would have preferred a firm price up front as it was somewhat stressful to have Robert coming back with an additional cost here and there but some might prefer it that way as he priced exactly for materials used not just a random estimate. All in all the work was reasonably priced and we were very happy with the results.45000

The job was completed on time and within budget. There was a problem with the roof leaking during a torrential rainstorm, and Robert went out in the rain to fix it the same day. Excellent work, excellent service.

Robert was professional and worked diligently with both my insurance company and me throughout the course of the project. The crews showed up as expected and performed all work with the least inconvenience to my family's routine as possible. Great job, good looking roof and gutters and solid repairs on other items. I'd use Rigid again in a heartbeat.

Excellent contractor Randy Organ was easy to work with and helped me with my insurance company

It went very poorly so say the least. They were replacing my roof while we were on vacation, and I returned early to find that their subcontractor had installed the roof membrane (it's a flat roof) incorrectly the day before. I came home early to discover that they hadn't replaced some of the underlayment/insulation that was in their contract, and they were preparing to re-glue the part that they had pulled up. I told them it was incorrect but they said I was wrong and glued it down anyway. It was only because I had access to experts and repeatedly, and very firmly, stood my ground, that they eventually removed the mess their sub-contractor had made and properly installed a new roof. They ultimately made it right and I think I have a very good roof, but I have no doubt whatsoever that if I hadn't come home early, and hadn't stood up for my rights and been prepared to sue, that I would have been ripped off. In the end, it was their sub-contractor who messed up, but Ridgid went to significant lengths to defend them and their own bottom line, at what would have been great expense to me.

We had contracted Ridgid to perform work in the past, also due to hail damage, and were happy with the service we received. When we had storm damage again in 2015, knowing Ridgid is licensed in IL and had offices in our area, we contacted them again. They met with our insurance adjuster, made sure we were treated fairly, and re-roofed our home again and replaced our gutters and downspouts. Everything was done exactly as promised and our home was left looking better than before the storm! We hope we do not suffer storm damage again, but if we do, Ridgid has guaranteed they will be here to take care of us again.

From working with my insurance company, explaining the process and paperwork, not to mention coming to my aid when I was stymied by design dilemmas, I am grateful to once again be using Ridgid. This company replaced a roof on my previous house, and it's been in place for years with no issues. My new project is bigger than the last one, and I am finding the process just as smooth as the last roof project. It's good to have a contractor you can trust.

They had us taken care of the same weekend and we were able to conduct business as usual on monday. The wood repair was amazing like it never happened and they used measures to prevent this from happening in the future. The guttering installed looks and works great!

We used Ridgid Construction last year and had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, this past Spring (May of 2016) our home suffered storm damage once again. :( We called Ridgid immediately and everything went quite nicely. This really is a great company with great people!

I worked with Chris and he (as well as the whole company) was very friendly, informative, and professional. I originally called because I had a small leak, but they informed me that I might be eligible for a new roof. They did all the work and research to figure out everything and came back with a financial number that they promised they work would be no more than that. They stuck to the price and that made me a wife comfortable with the whole process. The entire process took about a month and the install only took two days. I was very pleased with the work, and they even added in some extras as well as pained the front trim... AND the final payment I made was less than what they quoted. I would definitely hire them again with no hesitation. I normally don't write many reviews, but sadly in 2016 it's rare to find a good company like this and I wanted to let their good service be known.

Ridgid contractors did an excellent job of replacing our roof and gutters after extensive hail damage. Additionally, we had extensive damage to fascia and soffit from aggressive squirrels. The Ridgid contractor was meticulous in removing and replacing all fascia and soffit. Finally, the painting contractor was prompt and professional. All the work was extremely well done, and the contractors were prompt, hard-working, careful, and cleaned up materials better than any contractors I have ever used. Additionally, Robert, the project manager was accessible and responsive. He worked tirelessly with the insurance adjuster and agent to insure that all damage was covered and paid for under the terms of the insurance policy. He made a point of coming out to check on contractors and assure that jobs were being performed well. When any issues arose he was prompt, professional, and helpful in solving the problems. I heartily recommend Ridgid Consulting and Construction. They are an excellent, dependable company.
