Overall, this was a first class experience! Justin is a real pleasure to work with and is very responsive. He is dedicated to providing you with the service you would expect. He took care of the normal hassle of dealing with the insurance company and it was obvious that the insurance company respected his work. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and Ridgid is at the top of my list!

I call other places, Justin was the only one that answered. He was professional, helpful and got back to us quickly. He went out of his way to help us, and got our roof and shops roof done in one day. The best costumer service i ever experienced.

Danielle and Justin and their crew were an absolute delight to work with. They thoroughly explained why the repairs were necessary and how it would be handled. They were respectful with our property and completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves.

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job once again. This was the first time for this property, but he and his team have done a new roof on our home and my father-in-law’s. They always do an excellent job and I can’t imagine using anyone else! I highly recommend Robert and Ridgid Construction.

I would like to say that Justin @ Ridged Construction is the hardest working contractor I have ever had the pleasure to do business with over the years. He has been on site many times following up for the insurance company who has been difficult. He has shown patience and determination to get what is deserved to complete this job. The work completed has been top notch and I would put his team against anyone. He is easy to talk to and provides detailed updates on stages of completion. Really well. Justin went above and beyond for a deaf client and even learned some sign language.

Justin was very punctual and professional. He pointed out what he thought the issue could be and pulled in an expert to pinpoint the exact cause of the leak. Since the repair the leak has stopped. What I find remarkable is the Justin's customer service. He actually called me after a rain storm to make sure that the problem was addressed. I will definitely use Rigid again for any construction needs.

Several other companies had tried to stop a pesky leak in my office roof - up to and including reroofing! Ridgid took the time to analyze the problem and fixed it with appropriate flashing. Very professional, excellent communication. I would hire them again, and will.

I can’t praise this company enough, it was well presented by Robert the project manager. He was always on top of things, our home exterior as in a bad state, but Robert did a good job working with our insurance company to get things covered and for that I thank you and you have earned our trust . Robert will come by a few times a day to make sure things were going well, the crew were professional and they cleaned after themselves that was refreshing. We were left feeling that it wasn’t all about money with this company but making their customers happy and satisfied with the services. Our home was transformed, you have our business in the future and I will recommend RIDGID to anyone who want quality services.

Robert Bartusevicius arrived within an hour on same day I called for service. He assessed the probable leakage to patio soffit originating from pergola beams attached to roof. He recaulked beams at very reasonable price. I will definately be using Rigid Construction for future roofing needs.

Very professional compay. I contacted them and they were out the same day to give estimate. I delt with Robert to have new siding, windows and doors and roof installed. I really cant give enough praise to Robert and the company for the work that was preformed. I was imformed every step of the way on what was going on and even after the work Robert has stoped by to check if I have any complaints. Perfect job from a perfect company. They provided me with 3 installation options, so that I could choose the best one. We confirmed how the lay out would look like and matched up the paint to the current one. Once the job was completed, they followed with me within a few days to gage my satisfaction. I was satisfied and would recommend them to people,

It went great. Justin was attentive to all the issues and thought everything through in order to arrive at the best, most cost-effective solutions. He then saw to it that every job got done just as he had proposed.

The project Manager Robert was always on top of things with his crews. The crews were always very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Robert would come a few times a day to check on the status of the crew. We were on a very tight timeline I had set for them of getting it all done in a week. They got it all done on time and on budget.

I can't praise this company enough! We started out with a relatively cut and dried flat roof repair and Robert, the Sales Manager, found we had SUBSTANTIALLY more going on. Flat rood add-on with monolithic dome home primary structure. We had major water issues with the dome that we were unaware of until Rigid started investigating. This was a long and difficult job, and much of what was required to fix things was unconventional and not anything anybody'd run into before. They were very professional, neat, and great with communicating. They worked with the contractors, the insurance company (kudos to Shelter), and us, and got things put right. I would highly recommend them and, hope to goodness we never need, would definitely use them again.

Ridgid construction is awesome! Have used multiple times in the last 8 years. Very patient and addressed all questions and concerns. There were several items not accounted for on my insurance estimate but they worked closely with my Insurance Co. to make sure everything was covered. Arrived on time, finished the job in one day. Cleaned up everything, it was like they were never here. Will continue to use and recommend !!😀
