They were amazing! They were courteous, polite, punctual and fast. They cleaned up all of their mess cleaner than it was before. They were very knowledgeable. My home was built in 1978 so the roof had different building codes then. They knew what needed to be brought up to current code and did it. They noticed that my vents had some damage too so they made a special trip to cover them so that I would not have any further damage in the meantime until they got to my roof

We used Rigid in the past and we are using again. Robert is professional and worked with our insurance company to get our repairs covered. Highly recommended.

It was better than any roofing story you hear from your coworkers. We got an estimate of cost before we decided to chose them. We worked with Robert, and he showed up and waited an hour for the insurance inspector to come and check damages. The price was fair and nothing changed after price was signed on. I would recommend to a friend and would use them again.

Justin was great, his construction experience and attention to detail made my insurance claim easy to accomplish.great communication through out the process, great follow through even with supply chain issues still delivered the job completion in timely manner. I had a leak into my living room. Rigid sent their crew out to investigate. They did a very thorough job on not only discoverinf the problem but then explaining it to me exactly. I was also given options and walked through my short and long term plan. I highly recommend. Very detailed. Everything was fixed perfectly.

After having 2 different vendors look at the roof and performed repairs, the roof still leaked. That's when I called Justin at Ridgid, he had done some HVAC work for me before. After doing the inspection of the roof, Justin and his team gave me detailed analysis of what was going on and what my options were. While the best option would be to replace the whole roof. Justin and his team were honest about the cost and offered to fix the issue first and see if held up. If it worked I could save some money. So they went ahead and fixed the roof. And voila had no issues after that. They were able to resolve the issue at a fraction of the cost for me. Highly recommend, straight forward and honest.

Contacted Justin from Ridgid to discuss HVAC issues in one of my rental properties. Being out of town, I needed someone to look at the issue quickly and get it resolved for the tenants. Justin and his team were very responsive and were able to quickly get the issue fixed and kept both myself and the Tennant in the loop of what's was going on. Great work, will definitely use them again

It was wonderful. This is the best company to have to do work for you. They are through, and polite. They make sure to clean up afterwards. I am impressed with how well they listen to what needs to be done and follow through to make sure everything is up to code. I appreciate their service tremendously and highly recommend their service. Many neighbors have also contracted with this company. They work well with insurance companies.

We will never do another home project with anyone but Justin and Ridgid Construction! After a super experience with getting our roof replaced in 2020, Justin has handled several things for us (roofing, painting, caulking, chimney repair, inspection, bathtub resurfacing) and has gone above and beyond every time. He's honest, fair, and very knowledgeable, and does top notch work. Whatever you need, don't go anywhere else!!

I called Rigid after a hail storm. Robert came out promptly and inspected for damage. He worked with my insurance company during the whole process and made sure all damage was accounted for and everything was brought up to code. They also did a patio extension at the same time and gave me multiple options to get the look I wanted within my budget. Nothing but professional, will definitely use again!

Repair was done due to leak, beams removed, water/ice shielding installed, new shingles installed, beams refastened & caulked. Waiting on rain to access repair.

Overall, this was a first class experience! Justin is a real pleasure to work with and is very responsive. He is dedicated to providing you with the service you would expect. He took care of the normal hassle of dealing with the insurance company and it was obvious that the insurance company respected his work. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and Ridgid is at the top of my list!

I call other places, Justin was the only one that answered. He was professional, helpful and got back to us quickly. He went out of his way to help us, and got our roof and shops roof done in one day. The best costumer service i ever experienced.
