They were very focused on customer service and getting our satisfaction. With every stage they finished something, we were asked if it was done to our satisfaction. When we had something that we felt needed further work, it was done without any questions asked and completed quickly. They worked well with our insurance. I would recommend them and they are very honest.

The experience was fine overall. They brought the materials and then waited a few days to do the work, which was odd, but other than that, everything went well. They got the job done in one day and cleaned up really well after themselves.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional, completed the work within the time frame they quoted, and cleaned up very well. Their price was very competitive and we haven’t had any problems.

I wasn’t too happy in the beginning, but they finally made it right. Their crew was all Mexican, and the guy that was head of the crew kept pressuring us to sign the papers indicating that we were happy with the work, but we were not. There was some warping with the wood, and we finally got a technician out that was able to see the warped wood. They ended up getting the roof the way that we wanted it.

Our house is one of the original historic log homes in the area and was built in the 1790's. As such, we are very concerned about any company making repairs to the structure. Our feeling is the contractor must not only be skilled (in this case replacing a roof), but also very knowledgeable and sensitive to the original character of the home. Ridgid Construction did exactly that having staffed the site with construction crews and supervisors having the desire and pride to take the extra step concerning details. One example that stood out was the way they attached and sealed the metal flashing to the existing logs and three chimneys in a method that blended right in. As there are differences in historic verses new construction; we have been very pleased with Ridgid's capabilities and would highly recommend them to those folks with homes that have aged gracefully and still want to keep them around for future generations. Rigid came and inspected the roof and found hail damage, we then contacted our home owners insurance company. Rigid came out when the adjustor came to insure that they saw all the damage. The Insurance company agreed with Rigid's assessment and approved the insurance claim. The main roof was completed in 1 day and the gutters and downspouts were completed shortly thereafter. We were extremely satisfied with the entire job.

In the spring my neighborhood was hit by a tornado. I received hail and wind damage to our roof and gutters and downspouts. I called my insurance company. To be honest I wasn't real impressed with the insurance adjuster that was sent out to check on the damage. I called Ridgid Construction for their opinion of the damage. Isreal Diaz came out and looked at my house showing my husband and myself all of the damage that we received. I was impressed by his knowledge . I had damage that until he came out I didn't realize just how bad it was. One of our gutters was sheared off by wind and was just hanging loose and I didn't evern realize it. I guess if you don't know what your looking for you will miss the obvious. Isreal came back out when my insurance adjuster was here the second time and pointed out things to him also. At that point I was told I would receive reimbursement for a new roof gutters and downspouts. Ridgid came to complete the project at my request at the end of summer. I was completely satisfied with their work. They returned the next day and put a new roof on my shed as well. I have to say my experience with Ridgid Construction from beginning to end went very smooth. The end result far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Ridgid Construction to anyone in the future. As a matter of fact I have had friends and family ask me to be sure to keep their card because they may need work done in the future and they would like to use them. I wouldn't have any hesitation in referring them to anyone. My over all experience with Ridgid Construction has been excellent. Over the last 16 years I have had many contractors do work on my home. I have to say Ridgid was one of the best.

My neighbor gave me Ridgid Construction phone number to call and have them come and do a inspection after the storm. I called and Israel Diaz the Project manager and he came and worked with meeting me with around my work schedule. He inspected my home thoroughly , taking pictures and writing a report. He informed me that i did in fact had hail damage to my home and roof. He gave me an estimate that was fair and reasonable. He took his time and explain everything to me and gave me the brochure and explained to me what I should do next. I called my insurance company and when they came Israel was here to meet them so I didn't have to miss any work, which was wonderful. My insurance adjuster did infact agree with him that I had damage to my home and my shed. When my letter came from my insurance company all I had to do was call Israel. He came over with sample for me to pick for everything. He was so wonderful and patient especially with my father who was asking many questions. My father was very impressed with Israel, he was so courteous and professional. They used only top quality warranted material (25 year roofing and shingles). I want to commend their installers, the gentlemen are hard worker and they came before I left for work and were here when I came home from work finishing up. My dad was so impressed with them; they worked straight through never taking lunch, they all cleaned up after themselves. There wasn't one piece of debris or one nail in my yard or driveway!!!!! I would most definitely use them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

I hired Ridgid to replace wood shingles and install new composite roof. Of the four estimates i recieved, they ranked number two on the list. The cheapest estimate i got came with a salesman that was less than friendly. B.J was courtious and friendly when he came out to write the estimate. The difference between the lowest estimate and Ridgids was only $300.00.I decided to use Ridged to install the roof because B.J. was much more inclined to just talk for a few minutes after the estimate was written. I own a landscape compnay in Moore and before the conversation was over, I had been hired to do his landscaping and snow removal. Kinda worked out really good for me as well. The work was scheduled and completed in the time frame given. Thanks Ridgid!

We had a large hail storm over the summer, and i was concerned i had damage to my roof. I put off calling a roofing company for a while since i had limited funds. Thankfully we had a very dry summer. With winter coming on and a promotion at work i thought i need to get it done so i called Ridgid to come and give me an estimate for a new roof. When the salesman got here he introduced himself, and asked if he could get up on the roof to get a better look. After after looking, he told me i didnt have any damage and my current roof had about ten years of life left in it. I was amazed at the fact that he didnt just say yes i needed a new roof. The only suggestion he had for me was about the cap on the chimmney. He was honest and didnt try to sell me a new roof just because. The repairs i did need was scheduled for the following week, and completed quickly once they started.

Ridgid replaced guttering above my garage where i had backed a trailer into the house. The work was done start to finish in only 3 hours. They even swept the driveway when they were done. I couldnt even tell they had been there when i got home, except for the new guttering they put up. I even recieved a follow up call the next day to make sure i was satisfied with the work performed!

I contacted BJ at Rigid and he come out the next day and gave me the estimate to get the hole in my roof repaired. I had had another estimate from another local company, but they could not get to the repair for several days and with a hole in my roof I didn't want to wait. BJ promised to have someone at my home the very next morning to get started and as promised they were there early. The guys at Rigid repaired the whole and took off the cracked siding and were completely done with all of the repairs by the next afternoon. My siding was older and had some discolor and BJ was able to match the siding very well. Everything looked like it hadnt been damaged at all. I was very surprised at how fast they got everything done.

My initial appointment was with Isreal Diaz, the Project Manager for Ridgid Construction. Mr. Diaz inspected my roof and informed me that it had definitely sustained hail damage from a recent storm. He then provided me with information regarding his company, Ridgid Construction, and explained in detail the process of having a new roof installed. He thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable and personable. Shortly thereafter my insurance adjustors came to do their evaluation. Mr. Diaz was present for this meeting on my behalf. They concurred with Mr. Diaz that my roof was a total loss. My new roof was installed on June 28, 2011. The team of workers arrived early that morning and completed the job before three that afternoon. They were very professional and hard working. (They never even took a break for lunch!) I am extremely pleased with the way my new roof looks! They did an amazing job in a such a short amount of time! Because of my experience with Ridgid Construction. I would highly recommend them!

Right before Valentines this year, I received a call from our alarm company stating that the fire alarm was going off showing a malfunction i the water lines.We were fighting sub zero temperatures and had a foot of snow on the ground. We arrived to find a busted pipe in the ceiling. Tiles were on the ground and we had water everywhere. Thankfully the floor was concrete with square tiles laid down, but the ceiling and everything around it. I had used Rigid for my personal property the year before and knew they did many different things. They were able to come out within a few days and were able to start work immediately. They had to cutt out the sheetrock and replace it once we got evrything dried up. They fixed the damage the water and ice caused, put in new insulation, and then painted over everything to put it back to it original look once they were finished. Even with the cold temperatures, they stuck it out until everything was back to normal. I am greatful for their assistance.

This was the best job of any contractor I have ever had! On time , price was exact and no hidden fees!

Overall, we were very pleased with Ridgid Construction and do not have any negative comments to report.

I got Rigid"s number from a neighbor who had had their roof replaced a few months back. My neighbor loved the work they did. I called and set up an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate for the cost to fix my gutters as many of them were in pretty bad shape. The gentleman showed me the spots that needed to be replaced instead of just fixing the existing gutters and explained everything they would need to do to make things like they should be. He showed me where areas were cluttered with trash and debris and offered a solution to put additional drain guttering going down the side of my house to eliminate the problem. Although the estimate was more than I intended on spending, the work was done very quick and they made sure to clean up all of their mess when they were done. I am very pleased at the work that I had done and I will definately be calling them again should I need my roof fixed or any other work done on my home.

When we recently purchased a new home and had to have a roof put on in a very tight time crunch I mandated through my realtor that we use Rigid because of their work on our last house. In less than three days they were able to do a complete tear off and installation of new decking and roof in order to make sure we closed on time. These guys show up when they say they will, and always over deliver on promises. BJ is great and makes sure to handle all of the details so I don't have to worry. Rigid is now in the process of installing vinyl siding, soffit, and gutters on our new home. They gave us a great price, but most importantly have been right on time and performed high quality work. I wouldn't use anyone else when it comes to roofing and outdoor repair! BJ and his crew have made this process very easy fo me and my family.

The job was estimated and a written proposal was given in May, 2011. All the paperwork needed for homeowners insurance reimbursement was handled by Ridgid on both the house and garage which were two different insurance companies. The representative from Ridgid came to my home with shingle samples to be selected. The work was completed as agreed according to the proposal in June, 2011. The work was done in one day and nothing was disturbed (landscapping, walkways) They were efficient, all materials were removed and the site was left clean.

We had a hail storm in may I believe, hail nthe size of golf balls. Was at my Moms one day and a gentleman by the name of Robert Bartusevicius was consulting my mom on hail damage. Robert asked me if anyone looked at my house, I said I didn't think there was damage. So Robert follows me home seems damage was extensive. Robert to the rescue, new paper, new ice guard, new gutters. Awesome job by Robert and his crew couldn't be happier. and also my Mother was pleased with her work. Would use this company again no doubt

A friend gave Brian from Rigid construction my name and number, he gave me an estimate for my roof and an approximate date to start. He was knowledgeable and professional about the job. they delivered the materials the day before construction was to start. of coarse it rained the next two days so it pushed the job back two days. Mother nature go figure. Any way when I got home from work at 4PM Brian and his crew were finishing up. I checked it all out while they were finishing and they had everything looking good. I have a pool near the house and they didn't damage it or anything in the area. the roof looks great. Brian and his crew were in and out in less than eight hours with nothing left to clean up. Since then it has rained many days and no leaks. Thats awesome.

Ridgid took down my old gutters and replaced them with new. They also added gutters to an area of my house that didn't have them before. The work they did was excellent! I love my new gutters. The were able to match the color of my siding perfectly. The rep was quick to meet me at my house and their crew installed the new gutters within days of initial contact. The prive was also very fair. I'd use Ridgid again.

These guys are very responsive and show up when they say they will, which goes a long way in my book. There were a couple of things I didn't like: 1) they changed project managers on me in the middle of the job 2) they took a whole lot longer to complete my job than they said the would. There were some quality issues with the workmanship, but they fixed them quickly and did not argue with me. The price was right and they completed all the work. The customer service was very good, and I understand that things can take longer with the volume of work they probably had after the storm.

They were very thorough in laying out what they would do, they worked within the constraints of my insurance settlement, and I thought the workmanship was good. It took a long time, about two months from start to finish, but the whole town had tremendous damage from the hailstorm so all of the construction companies were busy.

The sit down meeting prior to the work beginning was very reassuring. They showed up a week ahead of schedule (though no start date had been set in stone - and they called a day in advance). The workers were very polite and clean. They worked from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM and completed the entire roofing job in one day. They returned the next morning to make sure all the trash and debris had been cleaned up, they did an outstanding job on the clean up. The roof looks great, we are extremely happy with the roof. About a week later they returned to replace the gutters which had been removed at the time of the roofing job. Again a couple workers worked from early morning until dark to complete the job in a single day. They did a fantastic job on the gutters as well. Then a couple weeks later they returned to repair our broken window. This took longer than I think it should have, after a week we called to ask about the window and they informed us that they had forgotten about it, but that they would get right on it. After a total of 2 weeks (apparently the replacement glass had to be ordered - not sure why, I'm not a construction guy) the window was replaced and the job was completed. Outside of the delays with replacing the window we are extremely happy with the work performed on our house. And I can say one thing for them, they didn't lie to me about the window. They told me the truth, they screwed up and they accepted responsibility for the mistake. I don't know about everybody else, but honesty and integrity go a long way with me. Mistakes happen. We would use them again.
