It went well overall. Took longer than expected to get the work done.

Very smooth operation. They offered solutions to a flat roof on part of the house and were very eager to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Robert was always available and ready to answer any questions we had. He also maade several trips to verify the crews work and that we were pleased with the job.

Robert was wonderful His crew was professional. They did an excellent job on the roof and cleaning the yard after the installation. Robert worked hard to keep me posted on the progress. There were no problems with the job or the crew, and it went very smoothly. He saw a loose single at my neighbor's house, and had his crew repair it, at no cost. I really enjoyed working with Robert, and have called him and Rigid Construction for one more project at my house. I will call him again when I have more work that needs doing. I will recommend him and his company to my family and friends.

They were great. Their representative, Randy, did an extremely thorough inspection of all hail damage to the house, and found damage that my insurance adjustor overlooked. Randy did a great job. He was extremely knowledgeable not only about shingles, but all aspects of the exterior of my home. He brought me several shingle samples to choose from. He took them up on the roof so I could see what they would look like in the sunlight. I upgraded my shingles, and absolutely love how they have updated the look of my house. This is my 3rd roof, and I am by far the most pleased with Ridgid Construction. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, especially if Randy coordinates the work.

So far this has been an amazing experience! Bryan was our contractor and he was fast efficient and fun to be around. He made things very easy! He was at my house within a hour of me calling to ask for a quote! They were honest and easy to deal with! the communication was impeccable. The roof goes on tomorrow, and I can only assume it will look great (I am not a roofer so as long as my house has one, I think ill be happy!). I really would recommend to anyone!

The repairs were primarily to our church but also included an adjacent storage building. Robert met with our Board of Directors and explained thoroughly the construction process, materials and associated costs, at my request. He determined our specific needs regarding access during services for all of our members, cleanliness, parking needs (especially handicapped access), and time constraints for scheduling each of the different crews. Ridgid allotted several crews simultaneously to remove the old roof and install its replacement in record time. It only really affected one of our weekly services, but the crews stopped early, and cleaned up the entries and parking lot before our members arrived. They quickly finished before the weekend services and there wasn't a sign that they had ever been there other than a new roof! Impressive! The second phase dealt with resurfacing the church exterior. Crews again came in, erected scaffolding, and repaired all of the specific hail damage and then applied a new EIFS surface on the entire church surface. Its beautiful! We were extremely pleased not only with the finished product, but also with the care taken to accommodate our congregations needs. In fact, the board decide to have Ridgid come back to redo our port cohere ceilings, which were in disrepair from previous unrelated damage. Ridgid completed our hail damage restoration including gutters and miscellaneous repairs to our complete satisfaction! I would recommend them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

My home was damaged during the May 31, 2013 storms. Everyone I dealt with from the first call to the last day of repairs was professional and courteous. My project manager, Jeremy, was absolutely fantastic and always took the time to answer any questions I had about the whole process. It did take some time to get the repairs started but I figured that was to be expected due to the May 20th tornado damage in my area as well. However, once the repairs actually began, they were completed within a week and everything looks like new again. I couldn't be more pleased with the results!! I would definitely (and have already done so) recommend this company to my friends.

My home suffered significant damage in the March 31st hail storm. I searched Angie's list and based on ratings and reviews decided to go with one of the top companies, Ridgid Construction. It was Easter Sunday morning so I planned to call them first thing Monday morning. Coincidentally, Jeremy (with Ridgid) knocked on my door that morning and for a minute I thought I had already called them. They had already started a job near by and were checking with neighbors to see if they needed help evaluating damages. There were actually contractors everywhere offering help and soliciting business. I felt fortunate I had done my homework already and was prepared to sign on with Ridgid right then. My insurance adjuster was already inspecting the damage so together with the Ridgid representatives they were able to pin point detailed damages and report to my insurance company. It was so smooth and I liked that they were respectful and thorough. I also liked that they were complimentary of my adjuster who would be reporting the claim. The work began right away and I had a brand new roof. Siding replacement started soon after the roof. Both efforts were well organized and professional. All the miscellaneous damage to to other areas were also addressed. We were still having lots of storms and rains and they were very good to check in with me and make sure I wasn't having problems with leaks, etc. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the finished work and would definitely call them again. I currently have an open contact with them regarding a bit of trim that has come loose. I'm confident they will address this as soon as possible. I understand how busy the good companies are with the massive storm damage all over this part of the state. I'm okay waiting a bit for this repair. I'll post a follow up as soon as they are able to re-attach the trim. They are a good company and good people.

It went very well, and as smooth as my rep. Told me it would go. I used Ridgid construction for my repairs and I would most definitely use their services again and again.

BJ and Jeremy were so nice. Not only have they been making sure we get everything done right in our home, but they both personally came out and installed ceiling fans in our living room and kitchen. This was done after they had already fixed us up with a new ceiling in the living room and partial ceiling in the kitchen. It is so nice to know that there are people like them out there that still care enough to come back and do simple things like installing ceiling fans for their customers!

Bj and Jeremy have really taken care of my mom and the house after the storms of May 31. They were quick to get us out of the hotel and back into our house!

They never did. I called again, and they answered, said they would call me back. Again, they did not call back. UPDATE: They have called back and made contact. We ended up going with someone else, but appreciate them reaching out.

He arrived on time. He reviewed the insurance adjuster's report. He did not get on the roof or do a walk around. He provided a verbal estimate that was less than the insurance estimate. He stated that Ridgid repairs/replaces (my words) to code. He did not get on the roof or do a walk around. His cell phone had an Illinois area code, and the pick-up truck he was driving was carrying Rigid Construction advertising, but was not carrying Oklahoma license plate tags.

The thing I didn't like was the time that it took from having the initial consultation to actually having it done. What I liked is that they have always been responsive if we called them.

The customer service representative came to our door, after knowing we had damage in the area. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, explaining the process for us. He dealt with our insurance company to negotiate the cost and even came to our home to look at the roof with the adjuster. The inspector tried to short change us, but the Rigid representative fought for us. The crew came on the scheduled day, replaced the roof and took away the debris and materials promptly. I hope we don't need Rigid again anytime soon, but we highly recommend them.

Their price was reasonable. They did a very high quality construction based on the materials and how they attached the gutter to the house. I will be using them again in the future.

Ridgid Construction was 1 of 5 companies I "interviewed" to do my siding. Bryan Guntharp (salesman) arrived at my house, we walked around my property, took the measurements, but he did NOT provide me a quote at that time! I explained what I wanted installed on my house and also made it a point to mention certain things (additional insulation backing, a solid core vinyl siding, door facings), to ensure my comparisons of all 5 companies was ?fair?. Here is what I didn't appreciate: he did not provide me an estimate during his visit. He dropped off the estimate a few days later at my home, but I wasn't there to discuss it with him. What made it even more negative, was the "estimate" was 10 pages long...and... it was just left on my doorstep. Although his quote included the siding, and guttering, and all that we talked about, AND his quote was within my price range for what I requested (hence the grade of a ?B?), the lack of discussion about the estimate was not what I expected.

It went very well. It took a little longer than thier original estimate, but that was only because of the weather. They were very mindful of my schedule and the time I had taken off work, and got the windows replaced and all the inside work completed before the weather got bad during the week I had taken off work. They finished ahead of the revised schedule that they gave me after the snow, cold weather and rain. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. They often went above what was required and did extra things like cleaning the windows after they put them in and hanging some sheets over the windows until I could get shades put up. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Ridgid Construction exceeded all my expectations! The entire process was professional, fast, easy and extremely well done! They came and treated me with respect from start to finish, they gave me their best work at the best price. They were honest about all repairs and costs and arrived on time, and completed on time. They also cleaned up so well, you can't even tell they were here, I have small children and I haven't found a nail yet! It really was an amazing job. The have a life-long customer in me!

They came out and took care of the problem. They were extremely reasonable in price and anxious to help. I called because they didn't send an invoice and I was told that they wanted to wait to make sure the issue was really fixed first and for it to rain.

They coordinated very professionally at every step with both myself and the renter of my house. The renter supervised all their work for the first day (1.5 days of work) and he had nothing bu excellent things to say about the quality of their work and professionalism. After the work was finished, BJ emailed all the before-and-after photos to me for my approval. I also called my renter to double-check that there weren't any issues that I couldn't see, and again, he had nothing but great things to say about the end result.

Negative experience. It took over 2 months to complete the job. Had to watch the work like a hawk as this company will do the minimum and poorly at that. Materials used are poor. Work that was supposedly done wasn't and finally we had tell them to fix and finish what was done or we weren't going to pay another penny. Don't use this company and beware of a salesman names Brian, who will say anything so that he can do the bare minimum.

The work performed was very good. Now I have great quality gutters and am happy they work so well. A big thanks to Justin and his team at Ridgid!
