Ridgid Construction

Once the materials were delivered, the roofing crew was close behind. We have a lot of roof space broken into sections that are very steep in spots. The crew was very conscientious when doing the tear off and even removed old flashing around the chimneys and vents and replaced it with new, well sealed material. We added ridge vent to help with attic ventilation and received a very fair price for the additional work. Once the new roof was installed, a couple of guys stayed behind to walk the roof and make sure everything was tight and secure. The payment process was coordinated with us and our insurance company and went very smoothly. Would we use this company again? Absolutely. Would we recommend them to a friend or neighbor? Absolutely. Called approx 7 Nov 13 for an estimate on replacing and fix damaged siding. Tori came out to look and inspect the damage and was very professional and courteous. I cannot recall the exact date he came out but I do have text messages from him going back to 15 Nov. He did his survey and told me he would have an estimate in a few days. I checked every few days but still did not receive an estimate, he did give me a "ballpark" estimate via text. However I had no choice but to go with someone else to fix our siding, even though they were 300.00 more than his "ballpark" estimate. I needed to get the work done and I do believe I gave Rigid Construction plenty of time for an estimate. If more than three weeks is the norm for estimates please let me know and I will remove this posting.

Quality if work was very good and any small issues I had were handled satisfactorially.

Everything went pretty smoothly. I have a daycare so Brian, my rep, had it worked out for them to work on the weekends so they wouldn't disturb my daycare kids and visited with me during nap times or after hours. They were really good about letting me know exactly when they would show up and what to expect. My favorite part was that I didn't have to contact my mortgage company. They took care of all the paperwork. They also came back and looked at any work I felt needed their attention and took care of it. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They were very good at answering all of my questions. We were able to conduct business when it was convienent for me and they were very prompt in completing the project.

Had a little mixup at first with scheduling but BJ, the sales manager has gone out of his way to make things right and that means a lot to me.

Work went well. Ridgid worked well with my insurance company in handling the project. The project manager was prompt to answer questions.

The crew was quick but also did a professional job on the roof. They arrived ready to work and work they did.

Jeremy came out and provided an estimate for us on our roof, and then returned to meet with our insurance adjuster. As always, insurance low-balled their estimate and Ridgid worked with them and got everything covered behind the scenes. In addition, we were VERY low-balled by insurance on our window replacement. Ridgid worked tremendous amounts to get a fair estimate from insurance, and the results were over and beyond what we, or Ridgid, expected. The roof work was excellent and done within a week of the meeting between insurance and Ridgid. The work was done in a day, materials were cleaned up, and we were very satisfied with the work. Upon the window order coming in, Ridgid is scheduling the future installation. In addition to the roof work, Ridgid returned to meet with insurance on two separate occasions, and both times left with more in our favor than previous. We would definitely work with Ridgid again, and have already recommended them many times.

It went exceptionally well, being the first time we had to replace a roof I was a little nervous. Our contractor Jeremy Scammahorn quickly put our minds at ease with his professionalism and knowledge of the industry and product. He made sure they took extra care not to destroy our shrubbery and flower beds. We were very pleased.. Jeremy made sure the project was completed on time (early) and kept the crews on schedule. Ridgid Construction provided us with more than a roof and guttering we feel as if they were providing us with a life long friendship. They took the time and effort to treat us like they would their grandparents. When the job was finished Jeremy made sure there was nothing left behind. We have not found as much as a nail in our yard or flower beds. My home had great curb appeal before the roof and guttering but now it has spectacular curb appeal. Our roof and gutters look AMAZING and we couldnt be happier. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and this contractor Jeremy Scammahorn to all of my family, friends and neighbors!

Torey was our project manager and I couldn't have asked for a better guy to work with. He was sympathetic to our needs and environment. Ridgid handled all the dirty work with the insurance company and even worked hard to get a supplement to cover more damage that was missed during the first insurance inspection. Their work crews accommodated our schedule very well and were very clean and orderly. If and when I ever need anything done on the house again, I'm using Ridgid. They've earned a life long customer!

I feel that the overall process went very well. Getting a new roof is never a fun experience, but things went as smoothly as possible. Robert came out and evaluated our roof. He determined that it needed to be replaced after a hail storm. He met with the insurance adjuster and pointed out all the damage that had been done. Ridgid showed up on the day they had told me that they would do the work. They completed the roof in one day. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up. They came back later to finish up the smaller jobs of the gutters, windows, and painting. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.

It has truly been a learning experience for me. This is the first home that I have ever owned and I have only lived here for almost 4 years. Though I have lived in Oklahoma most of my life, I had never experienced "Tornado Alley" quite this up close and personal. After deal with the initial process of contacting the Insurance company and their coming out to assess things, I began looking for a contractor here on Angie's List. On June 20, 2013, Robert Bartusevicius came out to the house to look at the damage and give me an estimate. While looking at the house he noticed several things that the insurance adjustor had missed and explained that those things could also be covered by the insurance company. Being that this was my first time with having to deal with anything like this, Robert was very patient to answer all my questions about how the process went, what to expect, and that they would be able to deal with the insurance company directly to help facilitate any issues that may (and have) come up. There have been a few unforeseeable snags that have come up along the way, but Robert has been good about keeping in contact with me and keeping me updated on what is going on. He has also been good about trying to accommodate for my work and school schedules whenever possible. As I mentioned above there are a couple issues that are still being worked on before the entire project is finished. The issues with the chimney cap/ chimney were unforeseeable and we have been waiting on the fireplace company to help resolve them. But I am happy with the work that has been done to this point, and am enjoying the look of my almost like new home. I will update further and let everyone know how it goes after everything else is finished. Also the cost of the project is just an estimate for know because there will be some further adjustments with the insurance company, so will update that later also.

After the late May storms we noticed what we considered damage to our roof. We filed a claim with our insurance provider who sent an adjuster to evaluate the damage and the insurance company approved our claim. We began our search for a company to replace our roof. Rigid construction was the fourth company we called, and the third to our home. Robert Bartusevicius showed up on time, reviewed the damage and took the extra time to explain how the process would work. He also took note of damage not listed on our insurance documents. Because of his thoroughness and patience with our questions/ignorance we decided to use Rigid. About three weeks later all of the materials were in and they replaced the shingles and over 40 of the decking boards (July). The team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves (we have only found two nails in the grass since). The following week when we received 4 inches of rain in about 2 hrs, we noticed a couple leaks. We called Robert the next day and he had the team out within hours to find the leaks and repair them. We are very pleased with the responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. Robert submitted the supplemental claim and it was finally approved by our insurance provider. As of today he is doing the legwork to find matching materials and provide the insurance company additional information they need. Once the job is finished, we will update our review.

If you ever need a roofing and/or construction company you can save yourself a lot of time and frustration by calling Ridgid Construction, FIRST!!! Prior to our making contact with Ridgid Construction, we had attempted to work with three different companies. None of the other companies were very professional, they all failed to keep lines of communication open, and they could not (or would not) work with our insurance company. When we found Ridgid Construction, we were pleasantly surprised how quickly our experience changed for the better, and it continues to be a positive one. Robert Bartusevicius, our project manager, and Sue, the unsung hero in their office, managed to work with our insurance company and get many repairs covered that were missed by the insurance adjuster. We are pleased to say, that after the tireless efforts of Robert and Sue, our repairs are scheduled to begin Monday Oct. 28th. If all the work they have put in to date is any indication, we feel very confident that the repairs will be top quality. This is a locally owned company who, without a doubt, cares about their customers. If you want work completed by a professional and caring group of people then Ridgid Construction is the company for you!!!

Ridged completed the job in a very timely manor. They were on time a did exactly what was promised. My phone calls were answered immediately or at the very least returned promptly. Our construction manager, Robert, answered our questions fully and was very helpful. He visited the job site frequently to make sure we got the best job possible. I feel the company did their best to make me a satisfied customer. I went with Ridged because of Angie's List. They were every bit as good as their reviews.

Called Ridged construction to get an inspection to determine if the roof was damaged by the hail storm of May 19th, 2013 and if I needed to file a claim with my Insurance Company. My initial appointment was with Robert Bartusevicius. He inspected the roof, gutters, screens and storage building. He determined there was damage and I needed to submit a claim. Robert took care of everything. I called him to let him know when the adjuster was coming to look at the damage and he met with the adjuster going over all the damage with the adjuster. After they were finished the adjuster advised me my roof and gutters were totaled by the hail storm. He estimated the damage and I had a check in my hands before he left that day. Soon after, Robert coordinated all the work, had material delivered and the roof & gutters was replaced timely & efficiently. The hail damage to my solar screens was first denied by the adjuster, but Robert and Ridged Const. worked through the insurance company, finally getting them to agree to replace the solar screens that were damaged. Any problems I saw, just a call to Robert, and he saw to it that my concerns were addressed. I would recommend them highly. I had a pleasant experience working with them through what might could have been a stressful experience.

The work is still being done on the siding. The roof was completed in one day. The siding is metal and the materials were not available at first. Robert B. searched until he found the products that would most closely match what I had lost in the storms. My work schedule is varied, he worked with the time I was available to complete the paperwork and make additional contacts with the insurance people. This is a very time consuming and stressful process. I appreciate the persistence and expertise Robert used when working with the insurance people to restore my home. So far, it looks very promising for a happy ending.

We definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing work done on their roof. The company took into account the requirements of our Homeowner's Association and ensured all products and work complied with the rules. We knew when the work was projected to start, which it did, as well as finishing in the timeframe stated. They did a thorough job cleaning up our yard, as well as our immediate neighbors. We only had a couple minor issues which were addressed immediately. The company representative, Jeremy Scammahorn, was very attentive to our needs and responsive to all inquiries.

The rep and I had a series of miscommunications which left me with a poor impression initially. The owner of the company called to apologize for any miscommunication. I respect that kind of professionalism. Thank you!

The garage door wrap and siding repair went well. Installed promptly. Looks great. The fence was slow getting started due to heavy demand after the tornados. There were many problems with the fence initially. On the new fencing, some of the wood was poor in quality--knot holes, bark still on, bark peeling off, broken planks. Also 20-some planks were not nailed in. On the side that was repaired, the contractors sawed the old posts off rather than pulling them out; thus ragged remains stuck up 1 to 2 inches above ground. They also patched new planks onto the old fence in unsightly manner. I really appreciate the way Rigid Construction staff took action when informed of the problems. BJ contacted me immediately. He assured me that he cared the quality of the work and that he would personally inspect the work. It was encouraging that arrangements to correct the problems were promptly made. Also Bryan spent an entire Saturday at my home directing and supervising the repair. The finished produce is beautiful!!

There was not a home in our neighborhood that received the detailed inspection and thorough repairs provided by Rigid Construction. Randy Organ, project manager, walked us through the entire process. He worked tirelessly to ensure we received all needed repairs and credit for all damage. We were amazed at the detailed inspection of our home as Randy found damage we had no idea existed. We watched other homes being repaired , roof, guttering, and some siding was the extent of other projects. We are confident that our home is back to, if not better than, original condition before the storms. Randy kept us informed every step of the way, date and time that different work crews would arrive. He also followed up with inspections of their work. Please keep in mind that the City of Moore, OK. took a tremendous hit from the 2013 tornadoes. We did not expect our claim and restoration to be handled in such a timely manner. We are extremely satisfied with Rigid Construction/Randy Organ and the service they provided. Using Ridgid to obtain a complete damage assessment from our home owner's insurance was the smartest thing we have done. Robert Bartusevicius was able to identify damage that we would have overlooked. His professionalism was instrumental in attaining the maximum benefit from our insurance company to repair our roof, skylights, gutters, retractable ceiling, siding, etc. We are very satisfied with Ridgid and Robert and will definitely use their services again should we suffer hail or tornado damage in the future.

Roofing job completed in one day. Excellent after-job cleanup. Replaced hail-damaged siding and fascia in one day. Painted living room and dining room ceilings, and garage door and side garage entry door in one day. Everything was done timely and to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone for these jobs.
