Absolutely perfect service! Robert went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed to be done, was taken care of with the insurance. This was my father-in-law's home which we had done after the fantastic job Ridgid did on our own home. I just told someone with another company (came to my door) that I had a roofing company for life!

Excellent! In our case, we had initial tornado damage, then days later, additional damage from a hail storm which resulted in 2 claims with our insurance company. As you can imagine, this was a process, that required numerous assessments, reviews and follow up between the insurance company and Ridgid Construction. Ridgid Construction (specifically our Project Manager, Randy Organ) took the hassle out of this process for us. Meeting with our insurance adjusters at our home to assess the damage and ensure that each storm's damage was accessed and no repair was overlooked. They were here with us, each step of the way to ensure that we had emergency tarps over our roof to mitigate any additional leaks and interior damage, the installation of a new roof, new gutters, new windows, exterior paint and interior repairs and paint. Randy's knowledge and thorough assessment has been invaluable to ensure the complete restoration of our home. It's been a pleasure to working with Ridgid Construction. Thank you Randy Organ.

This was our first experience with filing a home insurance claim and hiring a contractor, so we were unsure of the process and nervous. Our project manager, Robert Bartusevicius, was very understanding and professional. He identified some items that were missing from our insurance adjuster's estimate and worked with our insurance company to have them added. He was present when the work was accomplished and made sure it was done right. When we had specific concerns, he made sure they were addressed to our liking. The roofing team was very efficient and did a great job. We would definitely hire Ridgid again.

I had a very good experience with this company. They were responsible and professional about everything. Their rep kept me notified about schedules and details. I believe that he negotiated an excellent adjustment with my insurance company after their first payment, which was short of the amount needed to cover everything. He met with their adjusters and made a good case for a better figure. In the end, my out-of-pocket expenses were pretty moderate, about 10% of the whole job. This was far better than my experience with another company some years ago, when I had to pay 50% of the replacement cost. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone I know.

They responded quickly to our request for service, examined the roof and ceiling and worked with the insurance company to resolve all issues. The guttering and painting was completed in one day! All work was done well by professional sub-contractors.

Robert with Ridgid : Pros: 1) Was on time to inspect my roof and flexible on the scheduling so that I could be there as well. 2) He took his time to inspect the roof and did not get in then out in 5 minutes 3) He found other damages that the insurance company's inspector did not notice. Some of it, when it was pointed out, was so obvious I don't know how they did not see it. 4) His crews were at my home when he said they would be. 5) He handled dealing with the insurance company which saved me time. 6) Crews did a good job cleaning up after themselves [especially for the gutters] 7) Turned out they did not have to replace a window in my master bedroom and were able to repair it instead. 8) Of the couple of tradesmen I was actually able to meet, they were friendly and helpful, especially for the window repair. No such thing has perfect, so here are some suggestions: 1) With the roofing, he gave a good heads up as to when they would be there, but sometimes for the other trades, the heads up was the day before. Would have been nice to have more heads up for the other trades just like they gave me for the roofers. 2) After the roofing was completed, the guys did a great job cleaning up the ground. There were 3 nails that I could find and that's it. However, days or weeks later when it rained or when a strong wind would come through, unused nails would roll off the roof or down the gutter's spouts. I feel they could have cleaned the nails off the roof just as good as they cleaned the nails out of the grass and bushes. I put NA on the price since my insurance is paying for it. Overall I have no real complaints, I'm pleased with their work and would use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with the expertise, professionalism and effort that Rigid put into completing our repairs. Robert Bartusevicius diligently worked for us, researching to get us the best quality repair people, supervising on site to ensure the work was done properly, and liaising with our insurance company when necessary. Robert was extremely responsive to our needs and always responded to our calls quickly.

Randy O. was exceptional as the primary contractor. He deserves a Super Service Award himself! He even showed up when a tornado was forecasted when we had questions and needed help! He really made the whole ordeal palatable and went the extra mile to ensure everything was completed to our complete satisfaction. Can't say enough good about him and his integrity. He was truly the best. We were treated fairly and respectfully, and there were no hidden costs associated with the whole project. We were kept updated throughout the project, and the quality of the work met our high expectations. We were inundated with contractors wanting our business after the storm, and we were so blessed to find Ridgid on Angie's List! It made a challenging and unpleasant experience so much better to know that we were being treated honestly (unlike, we might add, some of our neighbors who chose a different companies). Thank you, Randy, and thank you Ridgid. We would not only use Ridgid again, we would recommend them to others. In fact, we already have.

Excellent service from start to finish! Quality product installed in a timely manner and everyone was extremely professional. We will certainly use them in the future.

2013 - The inspection they gave was responded to very quickly. Since no inspection is given for a foreclosure, it was up to us to pay for any inspections we wanted done. Ridgid responded promptly and assured me that my roof was sound. 2014 - Replaced drywall after we had a major water leak. I was very skeptical that the repair wouldn't blend with the rest of the wall since it was waist high. The work was done very carefully and seamlessly. You honestly can't see where the repair is, it is blended so seamlessly. I can't remember the price, but it significantly less than the insurance company's estimate. 2015- Since ridgid had worked with us before, we called about getting some downspouts. We never got farther than an estimate since we just decided to wait on that and do some interior work first. I was impressed that a Project Manager responded quickly. No matter how small my questions were, I was never put off or talked down to. They made sure to walk me through all the steps of the repair. The PM always responded to my calls and, what I now know, ridiculous questions. I'm definitely looking forward to getting some exterior work done next year!

I called this company asking for a quote and within a day I was contacted by Randy Organ and given a quote and time line of project. Once i agreed, They sent a team out with all supplies and finished the job in the time frame stated. I was worried I would have a lot to clean up but they took care of everything even debts in he bushes. I had one issue with a vent, called and someone was out within 24 hours and took care of it. We are needing more work done on the house and will be contacting them again. The workers were very polite and kept the area clean at all times. Very professional!

This job was seamless from start to finish. Robert is professional and personally oversees the process. The estimate was competitive and the work completed in a timely manner. The crew was great and so was the clean up. We had issues with leaks especially around the fireplace and he was up on the roof during the install making sure it was done right. I also appreciated that even after you sign the contract they are just as responsive, my calls were either answered or returned quickly. I would highly recommend Rigid. Our new roof looks great.

The project manager assigned for our claim, was prompt, efficient, and provided excellent workmanship. We have gotten to be on a first name basis with him, and would trust him to have our best interests at heart. He has been quite efficient and we would use him again, if the subject arose. He worked for our best interest and stayed in contact with the insurance company adjusters. He even kept in close contact with the insurance company and had the adjuster come out four different times. The original adjuster did not look after our interest, and he kept in continual contact with the insurance company, and worked tirelessly for our benefit in order to get all the damages covered. It has been a long process and with his tirelessness we finally have most of the damaged repaired. The rest will be completed within a couple of weeks.

Robert, with Ridgid Roofing and Construction was incredible to work with! I am one of the MOST particular (ie, picky) people EVER, and he was kind and patient throughout the process. I had contacted two other companies and Robert was the only one to stay on top of things and answer all my questions. I was giving up my beloved wood shake roof and he was great about reassuring me and showed me many different options. Any concern I had, he addressed in a timely manner. When I finally made up "MY" mind, it went very smoothly. The work took longer than originally thought, but we were expecting it might. The crew was very professional and did an amazing job of cleaning up after. We had lots of landscaping to work around, a pool (that he covered) and everything was in perfect shape when they were done. I had a couple of concerns and they were addressed almost immediately and taken care of perfectly. I would not think of using another company after this experience -- they were FANTASTIC!!! I have already referred the to two other people and will continue to do that anytime the subject comes up with anyone I know! Use this company with confidence! BEST experience with something so major, EVER!!!

Sales person and office staff were very informative and communicated with me through the whole process. Being retired and on vacation during the repairs, it was great to come home from visiting grand kids in Oregon and have everything done!

Very professional starting with the initial salesman, who met with the insurance adjuster, detailed the entire damage area to include many items that we had not notice and hecontinued to work with insurance company throughout the process. The installation crew were incredible,...so nice, clean, quiet, on time, detailed and very thorough. and there was the sweetest office manager who held our hand throughout and made the whole process seamless. Our house looks great, it took no time at all and we are very pleased with the results.

My Project Manager, Robert, did an inspection and showed me that there was significant damage to my roof, gutters & garage door so I called my insurance company to file a claim. The adjuster met Robert on site and showed him the damage. The adjuster missed several items on his report, so Ridgid sent in their estimate to supplement for the missing items, which they agreed to pay for. The work was done as promised and looks very nice! Everyone, including the crews who performed the work, were very professional. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience and have referred them to friends who were also very happy with the work they had done.

What we were requesting, several other roofing companies were not crazy about taking on our request. Ridgid Consulting & Construction not did all the extensive research possible to find the type of shake shingles we wanted, but also brought by several different samples to select from, along with different cost and colors, (this was all prior to even being hired)! We LOVED the crew; professional and extremely fast and efficient. Even the clean up amazed us by the speed and team work. Perfection is the word I'd use to describe Ridgid Consulting and Construction! Most polite Company too! We would hire them again with out a second thought.

Randy coordinated the project of reroofing our house, shed & patio cover that was damaged in the hail storm in March. He was great to work with, and worked with our insurance company to get the most for us. The crew was great; they did a good job at clean-up. Overall we are very happy with the work and will definitely use them again.
