Our experience with them was okay. They got the job done in one day. I liked that. However, I didn?t like their customer service. I felt they were very slow to respond. Getting samples of the roofing materials was next to impossible. I don?t think they have a lot of experience in the customer service field because we felt like we were bothering them every time we contacted them. They were reasonably priced, but we would not use them again.

Robert Bartusevicius was the representative who worked with us. They did very good work. They did an excellent job of clean up and left no trace that they were there. I was very pleased with the job. They were prompt and everything was as Robert specified. I would highly recommend them.

When I wouldn't show them my insurance adjuster's report, the rep became unpleasant and basically said they weren't interested in my business.

Excellent so far. What we needed after the first adjuster denied our claim was not so much a roofing company (though we still need that too), but rather a knoweldgeable advocate who could make our case with the adjuster. This Canyon personnel (Jimmy) did, and did very well. These guys were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, up-front and honest, and succeeded in getting our claim approved even after it was first denied. If Canyon's ability at actually putting up a roof matches their performance so far, I'll give them an A+; I will update this post if/when the work is fully completed and results are 'final', hopefully within a month or so.

the sales people were friendly, helpful, and professional. they worked with adjuster to make the claim process smooth. they had available the brand of shingle we wanted. they scheduled the work promptly. the work was done in two days. the work was done well and the cleanup was good.

The roof was replaced in about two days. The people that did the work were very good no loud music or any other problems what so ever.

We spoke to several roofers, but were most impressed with Ridgid when they came to our door and pointed us towards other homes that they had completed. Nice to work with, very prompt, and paid special attention not to damage any of our recent landscaping.

Could not have expected more. They arrived on time and completed work same day.

I was very impressed with their work! They arrived when they said they would, they worked all day, but the employees had appropriate breaks and hydration, and they finished that day. They were careful to pick up the debris from the job.

They did a really good job. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The job was done in a day and I have not had any problems with the roof. I am very pleased with this company.

Overall, I was truly suprised at how, not only, professional this company was but how quickly they did the job. I was also suprised that their services were free. The only cost to us was our Insurance deductible. We were approached at our door one afternoon by a rep from ridgid Construction (Jason). He offered a free inspection on our roof to see if it warranted placing a claim (due to a hailstorm we had). Since it was free anyway, we allowed him to inspect our roof (thank god). If we would have tried to do it ourselves, we could of possibly been taken advantage of considering we would of had no idea what we were doing.These people know what needs to be done and they make it happen. After the inspection he advised us to place a claim, which we did. He made an appt with our Insurance adjuster and stood by him on our roof to inspect damage (so glad we didnt have to get up there) and negotiate on our behalf. After we recieved the estimate from the insurance company, we sat down, picked out colors best suited for our home and he explained agian in slightly more detail how everything would play out. I, like most people i'm sure, rarely have things work out smoothely so it is soooo refreshing to actually have a company back up what they say. It took 10 days for the entire process, from the moment I met the representitive until my roof (built in 1 day) was FINISHED. I had my home on the market for a few months before using Ridgid Const with only a handful of potential buyers and shortly after the roof was completed I recieved an offer (FINALLY!!). Ridgid also provided a 2 year warranty on their work which acted as a selling point for our realtor. I'm pretty sure we'd still be waiting if we hadnt had our roof replaced, it really improved the overall appearance and curb appeal...It looks beautiful. I've never posted a comment about a company before due to several different excuses such as lack of time or not really interested (not to mention it costs $ to be able to even post a comment here.) but I really felt compelled to post this because companies like Ridgid Construction, that backup what they say and do an amazing job, deserve to be aknowledged. Thanks again, guys : ) I am confident in the quality of work and professionalism of this company and I hope to help others who are in a similar situation and having trouble making a decision. I am sooo happy I didnt shut the door in his face like I considered..lol (sorry) I cant speak for anyone else or any other company but I can definetly and confidently recommend Ridgid Construction. Everything went smoothly; working with Ridgid, my insurance agent, the work crews, etc. We had a test of good workmanship shortly after completion when we had many inches of rain with not a drop inside the house. Go Ridgid!
