Rick Wolfe was given my mom's number (who lives by herself in a 100 year old house)by a family acquaintance regarding roofing. He called and he was going to come over and give my mom a quote for rooofing the next day. I proceeded to call and say that I was the actual home owner and the roofing (was recently inspected and ok after a storm) wasn't first on my list to get fixed. I said I was somewhat in "triage" mode with an 80 year old house and if they provided other handyman/contracting services. Rick said yes and he did contracting too. I told him I needed soffits fixed and exterior painting first. He said he'd come over the next morning and get us an itemized estimate on the repairs (including a separate one for the roof just to have for our records). Never showed up and seemed a little fishy to me.

They replaced the roof and siding,gutting. They also damaged the gate going into the back yard breaking the post holding the gate,They also damaged the drip edge on the house when installing the gutter. The contract stated they replace the drip edge on the shed which they did not do but was on the invoice. They also broke a concrete bench in the back yard. When installing the gutter they bent the gutter inwards. They also charged for a new vent cap and all they did was paint it. These problems have been reported to the owner of the company and all he will say is someone will be out the next day to take care of them. To this day they still have not taken care of any of the problems and will not return phone calls. Next step is to take them to court I guess.
